Very Good location near Underground station but need to step up long stair at the station. Hotel is very well equipped and room is big enough with king size bed and two soda, also with working desk and chair for working. Breakfast buffet very good with lots of choice in veggie. Near night market.

Awesome hotel. Highly recommend. Room was v comfy and spacious and value for money.

The hotel is near to the MRT station and the night market, the location is perfect for tourist to travel the city and enjoy their stay in the city,

I booked queen bed online and when I arrived late at night and stepped into the room, it was twin beds room ( I doesn’t make sense as a single traveler to stay in twin beds room ) so I had to call the front desk and asked for room change. Without further communication, he moved my room to the room type for special needs guests. Which actually an inconvenience for me in the washing room without any space to put my personal items. I would appreciate if he communicate in advance for this arrangement, especially when traveling and checking in hotel at late night. I was exhausted and didn’t bother to ask for room change again. But truly hope the hotel can Re-train the staff. As this wasn’t a very good first time experience

Got stuck in Kaohsiung because of a delayed flight. Was very happy to have found this hotel at short notice, late at night. Would definitely recommend. Coffee shop is lovely, and does a great brew!

The location is quite convenient, and the breakfast is lovely!

Room was clean and service was really good. I requested for them to help me receive parcel prior to my arrival and they assisted me with it and handed me the parcel when I arrived. Hotel also provides free self-service laundry, but not that drier have to pay. Overall good experience

Excellent room condition and comfortable beds

The room I booked is supposed to be equipped with a bath tub and automatic bidet in the toilet. However, I was assigned a room with no bathtub and no automatic bidet in the toilet. When I checked with the reception, they said that it was because I had requested for the 3 rooms which I have booked to be located in the same level and this is the only available double room they have. However, I was not informed of this prior to my stay and was not given a choice whether to accept this downgrade or not. I certainly would not have accepted if given a choice. Obviously this was an unpopular room, where they likely dismantled the automatic bidet to replace damaged bidets in other rooms (signs of the automatic bidet being installed previously was apparent) When I requested for a room change back to the type which I have booked, I was only offered the change the next day, and I had to check out before 11am and check in again at 3pm. This hassle deterred us from the room change and we had to continue staying in the downgraded room reluctantly. Highly disappointed with the service here and I will never return again.

The hotel is new and located at the centre of the town , very convenient. The room is clean too.

Hotel staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We managed to get two rooms side by side which is a plus point. Every floor has a water dispenser which is very useful if we need hot water. There is a laundry room on the third floor with free washing powder to use. Breakfast buffet on the second floor was really great, my family loves the variety of the food provided and everyday some of the items will be changed too. Hotel is located in between Kaohsiung station and Formosa Boulevard station. Currently there are renovation going on at Kaohsiung station which cause a slight detour if we were to walk over there. Walking time are both around 10mins. Overall we are really satisfied with the stay.
