位置很好 就在車站邊上 旁邊很多餐廳 方便出去吃飯 商場也離得不遠 買什麼都很方便

服務態度一流，裝潢也很好，用品及不同細節安排都很體貼。可惜，預訂了最大的房間，說明有窗，可惜到了現場才說有窗，但看不到外面，形同「黑房」，完全看不到外面，房間一整天都很黑，這一點很失望，畢竟不便宜。😵💫

很適合慢活的旅客，離火車站真的很近，環境清靜，很有溫度的服務。房間送的2塊鳯梨酥很好吃，走去專門店買，店員看一看房卡就給我小小打折。JoHo飯店裡的一切都好好。

位置方便，走路5分鐘即到高雄捷運站。房間整潔設計舒適，但去水比較弱

CP值很高的酒店，下午茶早餐都非常棒！下次還會再來。

服務態度非常好，環境位置非常適中，房間非常新穎，肯定會再住！

This new hotel is modern with an exceptionally friendly staff. My room was large and even had a couch. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were great. Chocolates in my room, free cold tea and juice in the mini-fridge, and free snacks and wine at happy hour. The breakfast was excellent was amazing. I liked this hotel very much and would be thrilled to stay here or any JoHo Hotels in the future. Highly recommended.

Stayed 4 nights with family in two rooms in early December. We requested for rooms on the same floor in advance. The rooms were of different sizes. One room was significantly larger but had no view from the window. The other room had windows that opened onto the street. Both rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. I would however like to make two observations: (1) The bathroom could do with some hooks near the wash basin. (2) It took a while for the hot water to come out in the shower. Food proved to be the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was provided until noon each day and drinks / light meals were offered from 2-9 p.m. We had breakfast every morning and tried the drinks / light meals on two days. Food was consistently excellent. The main courses offered during breakfast were remarkably delicious, like something you would only find in a first-rate western restaurant. We were slightly disappointed to find that the same three main courses (bouillabaisse, pork ribs and chicken risotto) were offered for breakfast every day and the menu had remained unchanged since our last stay in July. Fortunately, our stay was not long enough for us to get bored with the food. Service was impeccable from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready yet. We were able to wait in the restaurant from 2pm until our rooms were ready. My child had a bathroom accident late in the evening and a hotel staff came to our rescue with clean sheets right away. This kind of service made us feel welcome and want to return again for another stay.

Stayed one night in this stylish hotel near Kaohsiung train station. Room was large and comfortable and contained everything one could possibly wish for in a hotel room, such as a sofa, a dining table and a bath tub. The only complaint was that there was no view from the window, which opened out to the blank wall of an adjacent building. Apparently, they provided drinks and light meals in the evening but we gave that a miss as we had already made plans to dine out. Breakfast the following morning was divine. We were given a choice of three main courses upon check-in and we chose the bouillabaisse and ribs. It was a bit unusual to have such food for breakfast but both dishes were cooked to perfection and could rival those offered at any decent western restaurants. They also provided a good selection of other food on the buffet tables. Service was excellent from the moment we stopped our car in front of the garage door. Check-in was smooth and quick. Instead of repeating standard greetings, staff showed a genuine concern for guests’ well-being and were ready to help us move our luggage to our room. It was this kind of service that set it apart from other hotels.
