Provided excellent service but cleanliness should be improved. As we found little insect in the toilet, received sincerely apologise and send me a bottle of red wine. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the front desk and VIP lounge Ms Yuen Yuen, she is working hard to serve guests.

Clean, with happy hour free beer, very good for a long day rest!

Family Room is big, shower head pressure is awesome. Happy hrs for guest at lvl 7 is good with unlimited beer, drinks and snacks. Breakfast not very tasty but not a concern to us as we, as tourist will prefer eating out. Overall is worth the stay with the price.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended This hotel is a great place to stay! The location is superb, with convenient access to FamilyMart and McDonald's just nearby. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Facilities were perfect and well-maintained, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Pro: Quiet near to mrt station, variety of choice for breakfast, free flow snack & drink available at night at level 7 lounge. Cons: Room a bit aging, room with low ceiling, housekeeping staff didn't refill bathroom amenities and in room snacks when do daily cleaning even we stay for 5 nights, didn't provide luggage delivery to room service after we store luggage on first day before check in time

Great location, good breakfast, and staff was nice. One small note was that the room wasn’t heated. It was one of those colder nights and the ventilation can either be set for cold air conditioning, or with the fan running.

Only few minutes walk from 鹽呈埔捷運站to hotel, very convenient.

The counter desk staff and door service were friendly and helpful. The lounge staff were helpful and kind when we were having a birthday celebration.

Had to stay an additional night due to a typhoon. Couldn't think of a better hotel to do that. Gym and the VIP Lounge were nice.

There was an immediate odor when we entered the room. The bedsheet has a bleach smell as well. They provide used plastic slipper but with the sticker saying it’s been sannitized. We couldn’t believe it when we saw the slippers. Who wants to use a used pair of slipper? The odor in the room is the biggest reason we would not recommend this hotel. It felt like a 2/3 star hotel.

Location of hotel is near to 愛河。Hotel staff very polite, they even have happy hour where you can enjoy free flow of drinks include beer and snack.
