A commendable job indeed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my room, and they upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. The room service crew always greeted warmly when I encounter them in the hallways. The hotel is also situated in a central and accessible location in the city.

A bit far from MRT but acceptable, good service and nice breakfast ， will go again if visiting Kaohsiung next time .

This hotel is a fantastic place. Classic hotel with huge rooms, and spacious bathroom. The best part is an outdoor pool, its clean and very big. I absolutely enjoyed a week staying in Howard Plaza. Strongly recommended.

Very good location and the room is quiet. The pool is cozy and fun.

Great place near the main train station, makes it easy to get around the city. Good views from the higher floors, nice pool area. The room was quite comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Hotel is clean, service is good . However, inroom safe is very old and found not working! It recommends to change a modern one to gain customers confidence. Restaurant environment is good, food are good too. Bath room is spacious.
