Their breakfast was amazing! We loved staying here and our room was quite spacious. All around great experience here.

It was so comfy and lovely stay. Also its location was amazing. Just a few minutes walking to Liuhe Tourist Night Market, in the exact front of supermarket, cute cafe is around corner. Staff are very nice and informative. Thanks very much. 謝謝！

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable Stay and Great Breakfast! I recently stayed at Hu House Hotel in Kaohsiung for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient—close to Liuhe Night Market and just a short walk from the MRT station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of the stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of both Western and local ********* options, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it was a lovely way to start each morning. Overall, Hu House Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kaohsiung. It’s comfortable, well-located, and offers excellent value—especially with the buffet breakfast included. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was quite bad, the location of the hotel is good, but the overall atmosphere and environment of the room is not too good.

A definite return for my next Kaohsiung trip. Spacious room size. Buffet breakfast has big variety, well labelled and super quality of soup, hot dishes, salad, coffee and almond drink. Location is close to train station, subway line and steps from night market.

Hotel infrastructure/lobby/hallways/room is on the old side but if you’re looking for a one night cheap stay it will do. My room was spacious, air conditioned and clean (no odors). 20-30 uber drive from the HSR station.

This place has a good location. It is not far from mrt station and night market.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

I am surprised that Hu House is in a good location actually it is perfect for those who love to roam around the city and eat at night markets because the bus stop is just right next to the hotel and the night market is just at the back of the hotel! We really enjoyed our stay! My kids loved the big bed and the bath tub. The people working in the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also 😊 good! Thanks Hu House 😀
