You must buy your toileteries here from the receptionist. The location is quite far from the main attraction but you can take metro with 10minutes walking distance to nearest station.

Overall satisfied. Hotel staff are friendly. The room is spacious.

Just a slight walk from station. Room was big and comfy.

Overall clean and big space, near to metro station and night market. Breakfast wise variety a bit less.

Excellent customer service, very good selection on breakfast, was very surprised that we even got free afternoon tea vouchers. Walking distance to the night market and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Room is very big and clean. Hotel is located near to Formosa Boulevard MRT. They even provide afternoon tea to guests. However, the reception counter area looks a bit dated so not a very good first impression.

Enjoy 2-night stay family room with good location and hotel service. Can’t understand why toilet keep clogging even without tissue thrown in though…

Spacious room but they gave us the room with double decker with space theme. My kid loved the space around and the bed. But the area he sleep only has cove lights so once I turn off the lights there it’s complete darkness. So ended up, I left the lights there on. The bathroom lights were not sufficient to lit up the room as the kids space area was further away and separated by the tv console.

Second time staying here, stylish interior design, spacey living room area, nice bathroom with bathtub and shower separated, breakfast is okay with this scale.

The location of the hotel is next to the Main Street and the windows of the hotel is not sound proof thus the noise is quite not acceptable. Would not visit this hotel again and is not recommended for any travelers who prefer a better sleeping environment.

Interesting rooms, and staff are responsive to questions and concerns.

Excellent experience. The hotel was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect.

Room is quite big with karaoke set, location is quite good near mrt and night market as well, will consider book again next time come back Kaohsiung.
