Welcome to O-313! Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa is custom fitted with high end furnishings and great detail to the household items. The villa has all stainless appliances (including a wine cooler) new small appliances and all new kitchenware, as well as new linens throughout. The Master bedroom has a king bed and the second has two new extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king if you wish. There are TV's and ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the Master bedroom has it's own access to the large lanai that overlooks the pool with ocean views as well. The villa is on the third floor of the ocean tower and is only steps from the breathtaking sand bottom beaches of the Honu Lagoon. The Beach Villas resort features lagoon style pools including a sand bottom pool for the kids, a lap pool, three jacuzzis, Koi ponds, waterfalls, and lush tropical gardens. There is an on-site fitness center including a sauna and steam room and the private Makai Hale Beach Bar. Located just 18 miles from the Honolulu airport on West Oahu at the prestigious five star Ko Olina resort. At this exclusive resort, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Ted Robinson designed resort course, sailing and whale watching at the Ko Olina Marina, spa days at the Four Seasons and Disney Aulani resorts, and walk to numerous dining options. Nearby Attractions: Ko Olina Golf Club, Paradise Cove Luau, Turtle cove, Kapolei Commons, Roy's Steakhouse, Ko olina marina, Wet'n'Wild Water Park, Monkeypod, ABC store, Eggs 'n Things, Starbucks Summary House Rules (subject to updates) • Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness Center, or in private Villas. • The total persons allowed in villa is six. • NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas. • Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais. • Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk. • No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others. • Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment. • Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests. Lap Pool and spa - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Quiet zone and lap swimming Lagoon Pool and spas – 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Barbeque Use – 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Please adhere to posted instructions Fitness Center – 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Check in at front desk before using fitness center The following rules apply to recreation areas. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. Pools/Spas: • No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk. • Only persons who are able to swim or are directly supervised by competent swimmers are permitted to enter the pools. • No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing or unsafe behavior at any time. • No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine. • No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection. • Any person with an infectious or communicable disease should not use the pools/spas. • No glassware/other breakable items are allowed on the pool decks or BBQ areas. No food and beverage is allowed in the pools or spas. • Poolside furniture is on a first-come/first-serve basis; items may not be “reserved” and unattended items will be removed after 30 minutes. Pool towels are required over chaise lounge cushions for sanitary reasons.
