Not very flexible and a/c was not working in one of the two rooms. booking has a differential experience

Most of the time manager is not avaiable, there is no hotwater for bathing and there is no ac remote worst expense over cost

No water heater, ac was not working properly, bathroom was not having hand shower, water got stagnated in bathroom

Room service is extremely bad no cleanliness and people were rude

I have booked this place for my parents and later after they reached there i understood that this place is on first floor and above and they do-not have lift and stairs are narrow. Senior citizens and elders with knee issues have to think before booking. Rooms were not clean and ready to check in and had to come back again reception to ask them to check rooms and get the room cleaned and bedsheets replaced. I guess management or staff is not bothered about cleanliness and hygiene. No geyser available and on questioning they provided water heater.

Horrible place, no lifts, no geyser, situated on 1st floor and 2nd floor, rooms are not clean when checked in and had to tell them to check once and they arranged housekeeping for cleaning and changing. Over all it’s not worth for the prices. They can rename this as lodge
