Marina Boutique Hotel

İlk günden beri hep güler yüzle karşılandık, gerek temizlik, gerekse restoran kısmı olsun herşey çok güzeldi. Teşekkürler.

On arrival there was No swimming pool.. No notification when booking ..on disappointment,, Marina Boutique lied & said No hotel had swimming pools in March .. on research all hotels in the area said pools were in effect !! No restaurant after lunch..Hotel claimed they weren’t responsible for food.. in the middle of nowhere with no food & no interest in helping to find a delivery .. I was given the last of some sour milk for tea,, I asked my son to ask, & ‘He’ was given a new carton from the fridge .. Wi-Fi was sporadic.. reception wasn’t equipped for non Turkish speaking .. The management had no interest in amending any of the issues.. booked for 10 days -after 2 nights we left as now it was discovered that the Pillows were filthy.. on closer inspection, everywhere was grimy ,, bath hadn’t been cleaned .. horrified when I saw the pillows.. ( what was lurking beneath) ? thankfully we found a place 100 Times better ,,Clean & friendly .. plus full catering for less money plus 3 swimming pools, next to a beautiful beach ..Marina Boutique are unfriendly, over priced & uninterested in the dissatisfaction & quality of low standards.. High price for Low quality .

Seriously, who would build a hotel here. It is not by a marina, it is in the middle of a dry dock. It is about 2 km out of town, and although that would make for a nice walk in most places, traipsing through the dry dock is not something we planned on. That said, the rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful, but it does not make up for the unplanned industrial wake-up calls.
