Check in at 3 pm and the room not ready yet, asked to wait for uncertainty. At room , 0 towels in the room. And called housekeeping but sent within 1 hours.

Service wise needs a lot of improvement and cleanliness needs to be put into attention for the hotel

Very good stay, hotel is located above the biggest shopping mall in samarinda.

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

再次入住的酒店，設施完備，早餐好吃，選擇多，在三馬林達住過最舒適的酒店，馬哈坎河景，Lobby門口還能看夕陽，6樓早餐可以看日出～十分優秀！

Lokasi hotel cukup bagus dekat mall. Suasana bagus. Kolam renang bersih dan cukup luas. Makanan enak dan cukup lengkap. Pilihan makanan untuk anak ada sosis, telur, cococrunch. Kondisi kamar bukan yang terbaik tapi cukup bersih.

Fugo Samarinda serves full breakfast beyond other hotel in Samarinda. Western, Asian, continental can be found on the breakfast buffet. Ms. Yosi serves me with good and great hospitality. The ambience really modern and simple. Thanks Fugo.

Coffee Shop the service is excellent and Yosi's aprroach and serves very well. Food is excellent but pastries need improvement. Hotel's terrace view is nice........................................................................
