Pushpam Lords Resort Karjat- Pure Veg

The Experience was good. The room was big too. The location of the resort was very far. The food was top class! As per the amenities it was low in options. Service so fast, when I ordered something, it came in under 50 seconds!

It is a normal guest house kind. Rates during year end & new year are so high, 4 times the normal rate . Rooms are decent. But maintenance is lacking.Food is also very costly. Buffet breakfast and dinner rate per person is equal to 4 persons breakfast rate in a decent hotel.31 st evening the restaurant was completely closed. Alternative is you have to take their new year package. No nearby restaurants. We didn't have a vehicle. But the reception people,Manager Mr.Varma, Mr Abhishek and a lady staff arranged food for us Online . The reception staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Only plus point is they have pure veg restaurant. So friends, think twice before you go to this place.

There was a wedding in the resort, and all the importance was given to the wedding. Ala carte was stopped, and only buffet was allowed. The clubhouse is very far from the main building, and there is not much to play or enjoy in the clubhouse. The buffet was quite overpriced for the kind of variety it had. Overall, the room was good spacious, and had all the essential amenities that was the only good part of the resort

Me and my wife stayed for a night. There was another group of people who were also staying on the same floor as ours. Mid-afternoon these people decided to get drunk and create ruckus. We were tired and tried to take a nap and were unable to sleep due to the noise outside the room. On complaining the lady at reception told us that since they were guests they cannot ask them to behave. I asked her to escalate and allow me to speak to hotel manager but she did nothing about it. This is poor response to a genuine issue. People expect basic decency at such a reputed hotel but this experience was utterly disappointing. I am not even mentioning small issues here. The same group of people caused scene in the restaurant during dinner and other guests also complained. I am not sure if Lords group wants to turn this in to another den for booze and cheapos. Otherwise this would have never been tolerated no matter how important are guests

We had an amazing stay at Pushpam Lords Resort! We were two families with three kids and stayed in a villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, which was perfect for us. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with clean rooms and tasteful interiors. The kids had a fantastic time playing games at the clubhouse, and we all loved the Ghazal night—it added a special charm to our trip. A big shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sachin for taking excellent care of us, and a special mention to Mr. Surendra for his warm hospitality at the restaurant. The food was delicious and added to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
