The services are good, the breackfast was excelent (very good home made cherries pie). The only downside are the pictures from trip.com and other booking sites: they are misleading. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is only near a public one.

A place at a good price in a very good location.

離車站要走一段路，也離市集有一些距離，但其他的部分都很棒！如果是6樓閣樓會需要爬樓梯，但工作人員非常nice，好相處，早餐也好吃，非常棒的體驗！

比較古老一個酒店，酒店在景區的外圍. 沒有停車場. 房間空間相對也是很小，熱水不怎麼熱. 前台服務員挺熱情的.

The place was probably very nice when it first opened. It was still nice and the high ceilings were impressive. We liked the breakfast as well. The price was higher than in Prague but should be expected given the location. No complaints. I am pleasantly surprised to see it is the #1 rated small hotel in town.

First thing first - this review is about the restaurant on the premises and not about the hotel - we were guests for dinner at the restaurant but we did not stay at the hotel! It was interesting as we were walking through Karlovy Vary to find a hotel called "Romania" and since they had a restaurant we've checked the menu outside and stayed for dinner. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, very friendly staff, very good selection of dishes served and an extensive drinks menu. What else do you need for a very good dinner experience? We've ordered oven backed duck leg with sour cabbage and dumplings, traditional Czech dish , very tasty and the duck leg backed to perfection - it was literally falling of the bone. Nicely spiced and a hearty portion. From the drinks menu - a dark Czech lager - the "Cerna Lavina" from the Bernard brewery. Very nice choice to go with the meat. To finish the dinner a dessert - apple strudel with wiped cream. Prices - pocket friendly by all means - a very good price to quality ratio and you can pay with card ... Overall , a very good spot , when in Karlovy Vary and not looking for anything fancy this maybe just the place for you.

Wir waren in dem Hotel für einen Wochenend-Trip in Familie mit Kind. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Jedoch kein Parkplatz zum Hotel. Parkmöglichkeiten öffentlich und fußläufig zwischen 5 und 15 Minuten. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt. Sehr bemüht und freundlich. Kommunikation war gut in deutsch möglich. Wir hatten einen Extra-Wunsch, der ohne zu zögern gewährt wurde. Kronen kann man direkt im Hotel tauschen. (ohne Kronen ist es in der Stadt schwierig) Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig, die Betten wirklich gut. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Promenade und über die Stadt großartig. Der Wasserdruck im Bad war leider etwas schwach, doch duschen war möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Ausreichend, aber wenig Abwechslung. Wenig Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Brot, kein Müsli. Obst nur Orangen und Äpfel. Das hat aber dem guten Gesamteindruck nicht schaden können. Wir waren Alle zufrieden. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer vlakbij de Market Collonade. Het hotel heeft voor zover ons bekend slechts 1 parkeerplaats bij het hotel. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vlakbij centrum van Kalvory Vary (Karlstad). Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.
