Noormahal Palace Hotel

Stuff service is really nice and good accommodation, beautiful room, perfect clean, and nice architecture. Especially the front stuff, Aarti is really kind and perfect service. I really appreciate her for her kindness. She helped me to wear saree.

The hotel is unbelievably beautiful. Staff is very courteous, especially Anchal. We traveled with a child, who had so much fun. We particularly loved the view from their terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had enough options for everyone.

We planned our baby's first birthday at Noor Mahal, and it was phenomenol. The Frontier Mail restaurant manager Ravish Kishan was really supportive he planned the entire bday which is one of the best kind. Restaurant service staff Navdeep and arti provided a great service. We had a very child friendly experience with our baby. Chef had made a really good dishes to fullfull our appetite. They made seprate dishesh for our baby that was heart touching. Great planning, great decoration and great service.

Review of Noormahal, Karnal (One-Night Stay) Ambience & Food: The ambience of the property was impressive, and the food was enjoyable. However, given the high room charges, high tea should have been complimentary.. Room Experience: At first glance, the room seemed fine, but multiple issues arose during my stay: The refrigerator wasn’t working, though the staff replaced it promptly.. The WiFi was initially down but was fixed after troubleshooting.. The TV stopped working, which was resolved, but then the remote batteries died and had to be replaced.. The ceiling fan had only two settings—full speed or off—making it difficult to adjust.. Hygiene Concern: The most disappointing part was experiencing itching throughout the night, possibly due to bed bugs. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.. Final Verdict: While the property itself is beautiful, the room experience was frustrating due to multiple maintenance issues.. Basic checks should have been done before allotting the room.. These shortcomings overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay..

House keeping service was great and fast and the rooms were very well kept. The people were polite and quick in their service. Parvej, the house keeping supervisor ***** with his team Ankush and Sanjay were really helpful throughout our family staycation.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in India. From check in to check out the process was really smooth and we appreciated their attention to service. Showers and amenities were top notch. I almost wished we had more time to stay. Only downside is that the road to get there is still in India.
