I'm pretty surprised with what i saw and did not expect this level of customer experience professionalism. Every room has its own private pool, and these pools are we constructed, cold water, small waterfall , comfy sun beds, and outdoor shower. The room is cosy with many smart features. Bed and pillow options are so restful. Breakfast top notch with lost of Varieties for every taste. Tried also ANASA, and the lobster linguini was one of the best plates I've ever tried literally. Now here come my favourite part. Customer service! This hotel should be schooling the customer service as they exceed any expectations. Two major points: - a 24/7 whatsapp service for any inquiry/complaints or reservation - As an ******* gold member, we usually don't get approached by the offers we get (like free massage or 20% discounts). Surprisingly, all the hotel staff were offering us our special offers and not hiding or ignoring it like other hotels. This is a big + - The best evaluation of customer service is when you see how they react to your complaint, which was excellent when we found no hot water in the shower Don't miss the beach area and spa services. Both were pleasant And finally, this is the best and closest hotel from Heraklion airport only 20mins drive which is very convenient
