Beautiful place. It's like a swiss cottage. There's several places where one can take photos with photo stands.

Nice neighbourhood, not easy to access. Main building is slightly old but great accommodation for a day or 2. There also onsen to enjoy by self booking at the counter.

Really beautiful resort, love the free rental Onsen it’s really nice, if you don’t need room cleaning service you can get 2000yen coupon for souvenir shop. It’s close to the outlet only 10mins driving distance. There is a 7 eleven close to the hotel but need to be aware that the convenience store will be closed at 2300.

Nice hotel with 2private hot spring with 24 hrs services We checked in quite late but called the reception before. When we checked in, they already printed all form and guest information to make our check in smooth Breakfast is ok but if not included in the package, it would be but overpriced. The roomm is clean and spacious.

The property is very charming and the photos shown are true to actual. Location is a bit far from the station so best to arrange the shuttle bus service or take a cab. Room is neat and cosy and the private onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast is lovely and the fresh vegetables were amazing however the dinner was a let down as it wasn’t served in the restaurant. Instead we were provided with a voucher for redemption at the bar. The food is just average, beef was not very fresh, and your clothes and hair reek of smell after dinner as they cook the food right at the bar.

酒店的溫泉好舒服，每天可以預約一節時間45分鐘，剛好房間就在溫泉隔壁，去浸溫泉好方便，房間好大好舒適！廁所又大又美！所有基本用品都有提供，這點很讚！推介推介 注意有行李的最好選地面層的房間，二樓的房間要爬樓梯。 不推介的是酒店早餐，好素！主食都是素菜，不太合胃口。但麵包好食！

無語了的一場旅行，一開始酒店廁所的蜘蛛網和，水龍頭的堵塞都忍了。沒想到更加讓人震驚的是，一晚上打掃後酒店後，把行李箱損壞了。誰知道前台還拒不承認是酒店的問題，叫警察也讓你一直等到現在已經check out 6小時了依舊沒有聯繫。真是花錢了還倒大黴的一次時間。吐血

酒店環境不錯，有私湯，住客有45分鐘免費，需當天預約，唯一美中不足是位置不太方便，自駕的朋友就比較友好，有免費穿梭巴士到輕井澤車站，需提前一天預約
