Mandalina Suites recensioner

This was the best hotel/suite experience on our one week trip in southwest of turkey. Super friendly people, the view from our suite was like a dream come true (sunset direction) and the breakfast (delightful kahvalti style) came into our room as well as at the coast near the water. Beautiful island and Kaş itself is also wonderful.

這家酒店真的超級漂亮，而且早餐的區域非常大，有很多不同的種類款式可以選擇，而且戶外的位置能看着海用餐，簡直是人生一大享受

酒店服務很熱情，位置很好，海景很漂亮，我們住的這個房型在酒店最下面，爬樓很累，但好在行李箱有工作人員幫忙搬。早餐很不錯，有免費的果汁，味道很好，還有很多水果，酸奶，服務很好。網絡很差，入住前並沒有告知我網絡有問題，並且在房間內收不到任何信號和Wi-Fi，他們要給我們換房間，換的房型比我們這個便宜，也不願意退差價，我們最後就繼續入住原來的房型。衞生間的燈很暗，淋浴間幾乎看不見，並且鏡前燈是壞的，打開之後一邊一直閃。窗簾拉不嚴實，早晨會漏光，很刺眼。除了設施體驗很差，其他都很好。

酒店位置偏遠，離Kas小鎮要10分鐘車程（Taxi 300里拉），但整個酒店都望著大海，度假一流！

非常完美的體驗，服務特別好，前台可以幫忙叫出租車🚕，早餐也很適合亞洲胃，景色太美了！！

第一次在trip上給差評，選的最貴的房型，設施非常差，沙發到處都很臟。房間裏沒有Wi-Fi信號，早餐衹有雞蛋和麪包，真不知道哪來的勇氣收五星酒店的價格。

We stayed at Mandalina for a week. Our room was super nice with a stunning view of the ocean and fabulous sunset each night. My wife especially enjoyed the bath with the panaramic view! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Eventhough we arrived before the official season open and they were still in the process of getting ready for the full on tourist season, they went out of there way to accomodate us. Even an exquisite dinner cooked by their chef to our menu selection, since the restaurant was not open yet. Best meal and wine we have had in a very long time. A memorable experience! Of course this review would not be complete without mentioning OZ, who made our stay there extra special, whether a suprise refreshing drink or just taking the time to share about himself and Kas Turkey. Returned from a week's stay at the Mandalina Suites relaxed and with great memories. The hotel has a prominent position at the end of the peninsula with far reaching views across to both the mainland and islands. The rooms and their setting were very well laid out and designed to maximise the views. We ate at the hotel every morning and then sporadically throughout the week during lunch and dinner. Every meal was a pleasure aided by some great service. Well done Mandalina!

We went for our honeymoon to Mandalina Suites and we didnt have a great time. There wasnt any one to greet us at the entrance and our check in. We were supposed to go for a welcome drink and the bartender is the person with the worst attitude I have ever seen. He had a bad attitude, a bad mood and was always replying to us very harsh. A hotel is more than a place to sleep, a hotel is a place that helps you remember special moments and a place that creates an experience for the guest an ours was not at all what we expected. Our bathroom had a problem and our room was full of water (we discovered this since the first day) our second day was a nightmare, not able to use our shower ands toilet for 5 hours. The staff wasnt really great with us They mistake the order many times to our room , we ordered 2 pastas they brought 3, we ordered parmesan cheese and they brought parmesan chicken. Yet, the breakfast and the people that serve there are really friendly and nice. The food is perfect is reallly good. Sadly we will never come back.

Manzarasının insanı kendisine hayran bıraktığı oteldi.İnternetteki fotoğraflarının üstüne insanın kendi gözüyle görünce daha da büyülendiği yerdi.Gün batımı zaten efsane olan otel oda seçeneklerinin çokluğu ile insanın kafasını da karıştırmakta.Biz zencefil odada kaldık.Odanın hem içinde hem dışında jakuzisi bulunmaktaydı.Oda boydan boya deniz manzarasına sahip çok etkileyiciydi.Odanın büyüklüğü yeterli olup temizliği ve içerisindeki eşyalar bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi.Otele ait otopark bulunmamakla birlikte yol üzerinde yer bulabilirsiniz.Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.Otelin aşağıda kendine ait şezlongları olup denizi çok güzeldi.İskelenin oradaki merdiven derma çatma ve kırıktı.Otelin ortak kullanım havuzu da mevcuttu.Kahvaltısı açık büfe olup yeterliydi,lezzetleri standarttı.Biz konaklamamız esnasında restaurantta balık söylemiştik lezzetliydi .Fast foodlar için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim,lezzet açısından geliştirilebilirlerdi.

Balayı için tercih ettiğimiz otelde kekik odasında kaldık, odanın manzarası, havuzu, dizaynı müthişti. Dinlenmek için harika bir yer! Restaurantının lezzetlerine ve çalışanlarına bayıldık, rözellikle meze ve levrek tavsiyemizdir! Fiyatları da dışarıya göre uygundu. 1 puanı temizlik yönünden kırıyoruz, böyle güzel bir işletmede kesinlikle daha çok özen gösterilmeli. Ferzullah bey temizlik konusundaki önerilerimizi büyük bir özenle dinledi, kendisine teşekkür ederiz
