Apart Otel Mavi Kıyı is a fantastic choice for a beachside stay. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, kitchen has everything if you want to cook featuring modern conveniences like air conditioning and a dishwasher. The staff ensures a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's prime location provides easy access to the beach and local attractions. Ideal for a hassle-free, enjoyable getaway. Aykut Bey the landlord of the hotel is kind and attentive thank him so much. I 100% recommend staying.

Gerçekten bir aile sıcaklığında karşılıyor Canan teyzemiz her sene bizi. Güler yüzü, tatlı dili ve hoş karşılaması bizi çok memnun ediyor. Üç senedir aralıksız Mavi Kıyı Suites’i tercih ediyoruz. Odalar çok temiz, günlük olarak temizleniyor, değişim istediğiniz her şey anında değişiyor. Odaların manzarası zaten çok güzel. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir…

A fabulous place to stay. Very charming owner welcomes you and host you as a special guest. We felt ourselves as if we were in our aunt’s house. This was our second stay and will continue to stay at Mavi Kıyı Suites when we come over to Kaş. The view from the balcony is nice, they clean the rooms everyday. It is walking distance to most of the beaches.

Mavi Kiyi was one of the best stays in my life. The location is perfect: super central, yet quiet. The apartments have amazing views, are tastefully decorated, and have everything you might need for a long or short stay. The host, Canan, was a hospital manager so the cleanliness level is top-notch. She and her family are super accommodating and warm. Everyone I spoke with that stayed in Mavi was a returning guest so if you choose this place it will be for life!

The perfect location. Super furnished place. Very clean rooms and perfect view. And the owner Mrs. Canan is great host. You should definetely visit this lovely apart. I can recommand with no hesitation.

We would like to thank you for three amazing months! We fill ourselves in Mavi Kiyi Suits like at home. The best place with the best owner to have a great time in Kas. Good located, very cozy atmosphere. You will enjoy sunsets just sitting on the balcony! The kitchen is good equipped and all furniture is looked like a new.

I can say that this suite (I can mention here as "My Second Home") is one of my the most relaxed, hospitable and cleanest places that i have ever visited in my life. Mrs. Canan, the owner of my second home was taking care of me and my friends not only while we were staying, but also after staying there. Thank you Mrs. Canan for everything. The location of this please is very close to the city center (Kas, Antalya) and there is a market where you can buy lots of staff just at the end of a stair. Also, you can visit the best beaches of western Turkiye while you stay in there. Since you will spend your most relaxed days in there, most probably you will not visit any place :) All the rooms are air conditioned and even the weather is too hot , you will be sleeping peacefully. As a last, most of the rooms have kitchens inside. You can also cook whatever you want.

Mavi Kıyı suites is placed in the city (Kaş) cente where you can reach to almost everywhere on foot. Despite the fact that it is in the city center its sincere design gives you the impression that you are in a silent suburban place and its magnificent sea view completes this feeling. Design of the rooms are so perfect that you can spend a month or only a couple days without any homesick feeling. Rooms make you feel home. Of course I must mention about the great couple who owns the place. Mrs. Canan and Mr. Yurdakul are more like someone from the family rather than the place owners. Their sincerity will make your holiday much better and happier. Stay in Mavi Kıyı Suites & enjoy Kaş... :)
