Located in the heart of Kasauli, Luxe resorts offer an unforgettable escape. We were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning panoramic views of surrounding peaks. Check-in and check-out was really fast. On site resturant staff Aryan Chauhan and Jitender Sharma are incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was really yummy, we ordered Prathas and Chole bhature they were really tasty. The rooms are spacious with modern comforts, The large windows with Balcony offer breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Overall Experience was great, anyone looking for family vacation, or an adventurous retreat, Luxe resorts offers an unparalleled experience. The picturesque views, great location, exceptional service, makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking to escape to the mountains. Thank you Luxe Resorts.

Room 8 Review – Disappointing Experience for a "Premium" Stay Stayed in Room 8, which the hotel claims is their most premium option. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that in any way. Owner’s Behavior: The owner’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. In a hospitality business, basic courtesy and communication go a long way — sadly, that was missing. Lift Policy: They switch off the lifts post-dinner until 8:30 AM. The lift was only turned on the next morning after repeated requests. This raises serious concerns, especially if you're traveling with elderly people, kids, or in case of a medical emergency. Facilities & Room Condition: Broken toilet seat in the room. Fridge was running but not cooling. No toilet paper or dental kit provided unless explicitly asked. The room, despite being the "best", was small and cramped. Dining Area: Breakfast space is highly limited — only five tables and fewer than 20 chairs. While we were still having tea, the staff asked us to vacate so others could sit. This kind of pressure during breakfast is not acceptable, especially when the infrastructure clearly can’t handle the number of guests. Overall, not recommended — especially for families or anyone expecting basic hospitality standards and reliability in amenities. The property needs a serious rethink on service quality and emergency preparedness.

Newly build property , excellent location , good food , what makes the property exceptional is the staff , specially miss Pooja Ji ( reception staff ) Mr Tula ram Ji ( security ) and Mr Vikas ( service staff ) staff like this makes your trip memorable n motivates you to recommend n visit again . Had a fantastic stay in the hotel. We stayed here for two nights in Super Deluxe room which had amazing valley view from the balcony. The food here was perfect and to our taste. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Location of the resort is perfect and has car parking too. The resort is closer to Heritage market. The weather was very pleasant adding to the memorable stay we had here. Will definitely visit again.

The host are very welcoming, good natured. Staff very helpful. Food quality very hygienic and good quality. Hotel very clean, well maintained with state of the art facilities. Overall 5star experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to visit multiple times. Highly recommended.

Situated at comfortable location on main road to Kasauli entrance. We booked Room having Mountain view with Balcony. Rooms are big in size with good interior but bathroom might need some more space. Its a family run resort and we were welcomed by the smiling faces of Sharmas. They are amazing hosts. They suggested nearby places to visit. Resort had decent parking as well. The breakfast spread was amazing. Even though it was a long weekend and the Resort was fully booked, the service was excellent.: Front Office Executive, Pooja went above and beyond to assist us with our request, making our stay hassle-free. Would love to visit again

Prompt check-in and check out. comfortable location on main road to Kasauli entrance. Rooms having Mountain view with Balconies. Room size is quite a big with good interiors. Food quality was good. Breakfast was Amazing and was hot. Staff was Helpful and generous. Special appreciation for sweet girl at Reception. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely return.
