Dear, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your establishment. When ordering a shawarma, I realized that the product was below expectations and of minimal quality. The main points that displeased me were: 1. The shawarma contained practically only fat, no chicken pieces, as it should be. 2. The dough was unsalted and also excessively greasy. 3. The amount of garlic sauce was insufficient, further compromising the flavor. 4. I immediately complained when I noticed the absence of meat, and only after 20 minutes, the chicken was brought to the table. At this point, everyone else had already finished their meal, and my experience was limited to consuming just one drink (Coca-Cola). The presentation of the shawarma with excess fat was visually unpleasant, to the point of making me feel sick. This situation left me disappointed and I believe that the service and quality offered should be reviewed. I hope you take this message as constructive feedback to improve your customers' experience. We spent a week in this lovely place , we enjoyed our stay from arriving till we departed, all was good room and lovely and clean , the garden outside it’s lovely at night , nice and friendly staff , 5-7 minutes far form the beach but still we can get free access to another hotel with sunbed and umbrella

A cozy place with beautiful garden 5 minutes away from the best beach , cheap price great value , they offer sunbed and umbrella on the beach with swimming pool for free , the breakfast was great and also the food is very tasty , rooms are basic all basics thing you will have it’s not a luxury hotel ! But you will spend a good and comfortable stay

I didnt expect that hotel to be amazing as i thought, the staff are helpful and the breakfast is tasty , the availability of pool access and the location away from the sea is really 5 min .I recommend this place really

Illegal underground laundry service. No mosquito nets. Our stuff got stolen. Manager was thoroughly unhelpful and rude. Breakfast was good. Staff were perpetually confused. Helen was nice tho. Free beach connected to hotel was smelly and bad. Overall not good
