Sunset Kendwa Beach Hotel

非常不好，被子太薄，衹有一個我們用來墊的床單做被子，開空調就冷，不開就熱，我一次定了5天還不能退款，後來聯繫攜程客服，衹退了一天。而且價格還很貴，位置很偏，我一個人過去，晚上到的，挺害怕的當時很想哭。

Facilities are dated but We had a problem with one of the overpriced dishes at the restaurant. We complained immediately to the waiter and then to the head waiter, who told us to inform the restaurant manager at the end of the meal (she would not come to us). The waiter then lied to the manager saying we ate the whole meal before raising a complaint. The manager shouted at us, accused us of lying and told us she "did not care" and "to leave". This was the worst customer service experience we ever had. We were so incredulous at her aggression that we started filming her. The hotel manager had gone home so we had to wait to check out the next morning to speak to her. When we asked for her name (Aaliyah) she initially refused, shouted at us and threatened us with security. We were shocked by her aggression and unprofessionalism. Do not stay at this hotel.

Not a great experience for us on our last location to visit on this amazing island, the most expensive location we stayed in, and very underwhelming. We hand a delux bungalow number 36, if the power goes out, it’s one of the 10 rooms the air conditioning doesn’t work, we endured a 7 hour period of none at one point, to which I was told ‘it’s unfortunate!’. Very crowded beach area, with the local spirit Konjagi costing $6 a shot, you can buy a bottle for $7.50!!!! Incredible mark up! The day to day staff a fantastic and happy, and in my opinion deserved so much more.

An absolute disgrace. The staff in virtually every area show a complete lack of customer service. Their attitude is appallingly rude, with only a rare few exceptions showing competence or professionalism. Reception staff are arrogant and blatantly dishonest, and the maintenance team is no better. For three days, there was no running water, and despite repeatedly informing staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was flatly refused and told she had “gone home”—a clear sign of poor leadership and accountability. This establishment is nowhere near a 4-star standard. I have traveled extensively in developing countries, and this is, without doubt, one of the worst experiences I have encountered in terms of staff attitude and service quality. The only redeeming features were the fresh and tasty food at the restaurant and the beautiful beach in the area. Beyond that, this place is an utter failure.

Terrible experience at the hotel for such a beautiful island. Definitely would not rate it as 4 star,love to challenge people who have given this rating. Each occupant is allocated 500ml of water/day.only option left to stay hydrated is purchase water from outside or from hotel at a cost of $3/1.5ltr. 7 day stay would incur an additional cost of $21 /adult .. extortionate. Light switch at 2 ends of the room, not next to the bed,no table lamps or other lighting besides the beds.which also makes life difficult if one wants to go to sleep before the other person. Colleague left bed sheets stained from oils left over from massage was charged $20 for cleaning bill,that is what you call a kick in the teeth,so beware if you have incontinence Or children ! Beds are to high,when you sit up, your feet are still a foot off the ground.health and safety issues for the old and young,solid tile floor. No tea /coffee making facilities in room,nor any cupboards to put your clothing,just shelves and a small drawer. Restaurant is down by the beech which is a long walk down a flight of stairs if you're accommodation is at the top it's a nightmare to get down in the pouring rain. Wasn't value for money. Only positive to say about the place was the staff were very friendly and kind.
