Coral Reef Resort

Had a wonderful stay at the Royal Mandarin. The hotel, the beach, pool, facilities and staff was absolutely wonderful. The staff had shown us an amazing and fun time and always ensured we have a good time. Thank you the the team. We appreciate the hospitality.

My time at this hotel was outstanding! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was always available and helpful. Ahmed, Khamis chief Animator and Clive was so helpful and made my stay very memorable.. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a fantastic holiday. "I recently stayed at the Royal Mandarin Hotel in Zanzibar and was absolutely delighted! The food was amazing with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel itself is new, clean, and has cozy rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Everything was top-notch. I will definitely be returning!"

1. Rosie the manager is super helpful, right from arranging WiFi in the room (by default is not available). She went extra steps to make us comfortable 2. The ocean view room is splendid, with breath taking views of blue waters and white sand beaches 3. I could not find any litter on the beach, and was relaxing to walk on on the beach 4. The breakfast is continental and it's palatable 5. The property is huge, and houses Manu rooms, however, we were travelling off season, and we were the only ones. 6. The restaurant and bar were kept open just for us into the night

Byliśmy w hotelu z rodziną (w sumie 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci). Hotel dopiero co po otwarciu. Otrzymaliśmy przepiękny, jasny i gustownie urządzony pokój z bezpośrednim wyjściem na plażę. Plaża piaszczysta, szeroka, codziennie sprzątana. Występują spore pływy - ale nam to zupełnie nie przeszkadzało. W chwili kiedy byliśmy był czynny jeden duży basen - o długości około 24 m. Obok bar z bardzo dobrymi i kolorowymi drinkami. W restauracji (z racji nie dużego obłożenia) wszystkie posiłki były przygotowywane zgodnie z naszym zamówieniem - wszystkie pyszne i przepięknie podane. Codziennie wieczorem były animacje - mimo niewielkiej liczby gości. Około 06:20 można było podziwiać wschody słońca. Widok z recepcji hotelowej także powala :) Bardzo dziękujemy całemu zespołowi ludzi tam pracujących, od recepcji, przez barmanów, kelnerki i kelnerów, przez animatorów (jedn mówi po polsku), aż po samego managera Pana Ahmada. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt! Ps. Część hotelu jest jeszcze w trakcie renowacji, ale w ogóle nie jest to odczuwalne i nie przeszkadza w super wypoczynku na wysokim poziomie.
