The Seles Boutique Hotel

The place is not at all like they advertise online. I refused to stay there & even gave up my deposit 30% The management are such crooks that they decided to hustle me for an additional 20% with the help of the local police. I would like to inform people not to go there as its a con operation.

It was very good, guys just keep going. Only good words for you. Food, housekeeping, bar, always with big smile. We will remember forever this great positive vibes. I hope we will comeback again in the future. Stay like this Seles don't change nothing. ❤️

I stayed at the Sheles Boutique hotel for 5 nights, I had a 5 star experience. The room was absolutely beautiful and the Customer Service was amazing also. The food was delicious, plenty of options for breakfast and was 5 Stars. I was burnt because I had sunburn and the hotel arrange for their gardener to cut me some fresh Aloe Vera, and delivered it to my room. I thought this was amazing and so thoughtful. There was plenty to do in and around the hotel and the beach was stunning. I ate lunch whilst watching the ocean. This hotel had entertainment on every night and it was fantastic entertainment, live music live bands, the owners and staff where lovely and passionate about their boutique hotel, and it was lovely to see. I would stay here again and recommend this Boutique hotel to my friend and family. Thank you for a great stay.

It is quite interesting the rates to this hotel on the platforms when actually it is a very poor one with a very bad service. We arrived at the hotel and we already knew we had been fooled. First of all, the location is very far away from any touristic attractions and on “***********” it clearly says “350m from city centre”, which is a lie. The hotel is located in a local village, where local people live, so it is so unfortunate that they made a hotel in this area just to bother the locals. Still speaking about the location, the beach is not proper for swimming, considering the amount of boats right in front of the hotel. The hotel is divided by 2 facilities, being the second one a struggle to take your luggage. The food is so expensive and totally not worth it. Not enough options for vegetarian people and for people who enjoy a nice meal, that’s the least you expect from a 8.5 hotel rate. The “included breakfast” is another lie. By the time you reach the “breakfast”, they will give you a menu in which you will choose 1 main dish, 2 sides and 1 drink, and to be very honest, if you are a person who eats well during the morning, you will not be full. Cleanliness is another point. We arrived and our bed sheets had stains of something, giving it a dirty look. Behind the bed was dirty as well, as you can see in the pictures. The room is ok but it’s missing basic stuff for tourists, such as a mini bar, hair dryer, iron, telephone and even TRASH BIN in the toilet, what kind of place is that? And of course you can’t contact the reception straight away since there’s no telephone in the room. And to complete, we were in the middle of a tour and the hotel contacted us saying that we would have to leave our rooms since there was another person coming that booked the room that we were staying, so unethical considering that we also paid a huge amount of money for this very bad place. What kind of service is that? Never had such a worse experience in any other place! Disgusting. Do not book this hotel or this area if you’re planning to relax or enjoy your vacations, very bad service overall.

A little friendly paradise on the beach. I travelled with my two teenagers. Good food and fresh fruit every morning. Very nice atmosphere and staff. Music in the evenings. Clean rooms, mosquito nets. The staff helped me to book a driver from the ferry and boat trip (snorkelling, we saw dolphins!)

We didn’t book a room but stopped by multiple times during our vacation to have a drink by the sea. The view and food are quite nice, but the manager is horribly rude, downright aggressive and quite irate. Every encounter with him ruined the day. Drinks and food are alright but quite expensive for what it is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
