Cora Hotel & Spa Resort

Thw hotel is very good, very nice view..In general, the staff is very polite, it is very quiet, the food is good, good cleanliness .. I especially want to thank the guy who served us with the suitcases Elvis, the waiters Daniela and Altin Hoxha...also we were pleased that there were a lot of Albanian employees, very polite, hardworking..but we don't know them all by name. Thank you! The restaurant waiters in general are very good and the pool girl Xanthipi (I hope I wrote her name correctly 🫣) Diellza 😊

Really wanted to give this place a 5 star review but just a couple of things for me let it down which was a real shame. Good points; Really friendly and helpful staff, from the moment we checked in to checking out they couldn’t do enough for you. We arrived at 10.15pm when the restaurant shuts at 10.30pm, as we hadn’t eaten they kept the restaurant open longer so we could have a meal which is great customer service :) The resort and the view is stunning, the pool areas are really nice and well laid out plenty of sun-beds available all parts of the day. The gym had decent equipment and spa was a nice area although the indoor pool is freezing. I had a deep tissue massage that was well worth the money. Rooms wise we stayed in a junior suite sea view which was very spacious, kept clean everyday and new towels provided, air con worked perfectly which was needed in 30 degree heat. In terms of location it’s only 2 miles from Afytos which you definitely need a car or taxi to get back and forth from, you’re on a busy main road with no path so walking isn’t an option. However didn’t bother us and I would recommend going there and exploring the location restaurant and bars, the buzz in the square was great and only 7 euros taxi each way. We didn’t use the hotel beach whilst we were here so can’t comment on this area. Food wise we only had breakfast included which for me was a good standard so no complaints. I would say the lunch menu is average but is only the basics such as salads, gyros, pizza so wouldn’t expect top notch as such. So the only points I would say let it down which are fairly minor; Cleanliness of the stairs and hallways back to the rooms, they haven’t been cleaned for some time and the floors are pretty dirty. Also some areas of the pool and sunbeds don’t look clean either. Which is a shame as it’s just a simple fix for a hotel that is generally aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend to others, but would say it’s more a 4 star plus than 5.

Our stay at Cora Hotel & Spa in Afitos was absolutely amazing! Everything was top-notch: the food, the beach, the service. We also had the chance to visit the spa, and it was an incredible experience. Huge shoutout to Alex, the Spa Manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Super friendly and helpful! We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely 5 days at this relaxing resort. The main impression for us was the lovely staff. Firstly, Gianna, the waitress who served us a lot during our stay and was delightful and very efficient, a lovely girl. Secondly Jean who was also smiley and helpful. The star of the show was Alex, Guest Relations Manager. Alex’s efficiency showed even before we got here in answering emails immediately in a helpful and friendly manner. On arrival she greeted us and remembered my name, a true skill. During our stay she organised restaurants and speed boat bookings that made our holiday memorable. A very stylish, efficient and likeable lady and a credit to the hotel! A truly relaxing place with beautiful views and special staff.

This hotel is a paradise, directly from the terrace to the pool. The staff is absolutely amazing and serves great. Breakfast and Dinner are great and all kinds of food were available.
