Iris Hotel

Rooms are out-dated and not very clean (far away from the pictures…FAR). In all inclusive not even a water in the room included. You have to buy it yourself. No TV working,door handle was broken all the time. The pool staff is nice but they won’t come to you to pick up the glass if you are in all inclusive option (also the drinks in all inclusive need no comment,just very bad and poor). The food is okay but every day you eat the same. Coffee - terrible. The only good side of this place is the pool and quiet area. Wouldn’t come again. It’s better to choose something closer to the beach and eat in the restaurants (Sto Kima for example).

We had a lovely stay at Iris Hotel in Siviri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to local tavernas. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

I give 3 stars because is not what I expected to be for that amount of money.We choose to have the option all inclusive during our acomodation, and for this service we didn t receive any water in our room and I bought from them with 1,5€ a bottle. The pressure for the hot water is low and not enough warm, I asked at the reception and i've been told that between this hours 17:00 - 18:00 we need to wait 10-15 minute for having that facilities. The safe locker it was broken, I couldnt use it for my personal belogings, and I had to take all my valuables with me everytime. The food was good, but to eat the same food for 5 days in one point was enough for me. You are not allow to take the coffee from the restaurant to go outside. Overall the place is for relax, you can enjoy the pool, the bar and the staff is friendly and kind.

We’ve been a group of friends and we had all inclusive package. The pool area is nice and quiet, if you want to relax is a perfect place for it. The pool has a bar from where you can order drinks and the employees are friendly. However the cocktails were not included in the all inclusive. The food was good but there was not a big choice and for the snacks we had to pay even if we had all inclusive package. The biggest issue for me was the fact that we were a bigger group and we weren’t allowed to move the chairs to sit to eat together . The room and the bathroom it was clean and good size with a terrace, but if we wanted water in the room we had to buy even though we had all inclusive packages. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the all inclusive package.

You won’t get anything in your room for all inclusive, not even water. If you want a bottle have to pay €1.50, food has very limited choices, not fruits for breakfast. 23:00 all inclusive is closed anything else after that you have to buy, coffee only after 08:00. No entertainment at all, bar staff very friendly, but staff at dining is rude, if you go in groups of 6 or more, you have to sit separately as they won’t let you move chairs. Pool is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Horrific hotel , staff so rude and unfriendly. Room was terrible and so dated and our bed was rock hard. The pictures of the pool are nothing like it.The pool was dirty and way to deep and unsafe for children. No children's pool it was empty. The hotel is run by a family and if your a regular you are looked after but if your new they totally ignore you. Reception is never manned and Air con will cost 7 euros a night. We had to buy a fan as we we're there for 2 weeks. The room was horrid with vile red gloss and everything was old and tatty. Bathroom was horrid and most things were broken. Noise levels from the bar was unreal and music and local guests were keeping guests up till 3am. The breakfast was horrific with a selection of stale bread and rolls and processes ham and cheese. When I asked for fruit I was told they didn't have any yet its a island of watermelons and other fruit. The staff member told me if I didn't like the breakfast to go somewhere else. Stale cereals and greek yoghurt that looked like it had been there all day sat next to some olives. Powered orange juice and coffee when the machine was on. They didn't replenish the breakfast so when others came there was nothing left. It was just a total poor show considering we paid for it. It was cheap and nasty. The positive reviews are from regulars who sat at the bar getting drunk with the staff and were seen helping themselves. If you weren't a regular you felt totally ignored. No receptionist manning the desk and no one to greet you each day or night to make you feel welcome. I'm.sorry to write a horrid review but it's the truth. English people need to know the real review because like us and other English people we were all disappointed. Please change the pictures to reflect the real hotel.
