Hotel Kriopigi

In the off-season, there are not many young people and from what I heard, others have a problem with someone having fun. It's good that two Polish girls, ✨Asia and Kasia✨, two amazing girl made the show more enjoyable with their animations and personality the people at the bar were great too good food, the rooms were nice, although there was a stench from the sewage. Overall, it's a nice place, but the management needs to work on making it fresher, it's more entertainment. aa and there were two cute kittens there, I hope someone will take care of them there

We have just returned from a 4 night stay which my partner booked to celebrate my 30th and have a nice relaxing holiday. First and foremost the staff are amazing and so friendly. We were welcomed and showed to our room by kristoff who also drives the free minibus down to the beach. He was very informative telling us the times the bus ran for the beach and took us up to our room to make sure we were happy and settled quickly. Yani at the poolside bar is always happy and welcoming as well as the younger lady who worked as the life guard for the pool. Great customer service from all . We paid extra to have the upgraded room which wasn’t much extra at all and totally worth it all new fixtures and fittings very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and there was a kettle with complimentary coffee sugar and flavoured tea bags included. A small fridge with a few bottles of water , a good sized smart tv that you could log in to your own Netflix account to watch tv in the evening before bed and a safe were also included in the room. As we visited at the end of the season it was pretty quiet which was nice as you never had to fight for a sunbed or a seat to sit at the pool over all a very relaxed vibe. The food was enjoyable there was the usual things each evening salad , cheeses , uncut breads and dips. there was a rotate of 4/5 different dishes each night so always something different to try each night. The hotel is very close to bistros and restaurants if you’re not all inclusive with plenty of gift shops only a few minutes walk down the road. There is also a bus stop to the left of the reception to catch the bus to a little town close by which we didn’t have time to go to. There are a lot of cats around the hotel and beach area which being cat people we absolutely loved but as some people have allergies this might not be a positive for everyone. The hotel also has a on site spa which we visited the day before we left. Amazing service from the lady who did massages, facials and many other treatments which were very fairly priced and well worth the visit. Last but not least by far is Wes who ran the entertainment/animation for the hotel. Wes was always a delight to see and such a positive and happy person. He ran darts competitions water polo etc during the day and in the evening there was quizzes , bingo and on the last night a dance party quiz where everyone got up to dance to some music and it really made our last night seeing everyone have so much fun ! We met so many lovely people at the hotel and overall had an amazing time.

Love this hotel. All the bad reviews must have been somewhere else. My family and I love it here. The staff are fab, from the cleaners to the manager. Everyone is lovley. The driver who takes you down to the beach and picks you up is fab! Our room was spotless as it all the hotel. The food is good never went hungry. My son loved the cherry juice and drunk it at every opertunity. There are a lot of cats in the hotel and tiny kittens. We loved them, they liked to play and were all friendly. 100% not a problem for us, if anything a plus. The walk to the shops is a bit perilous, the pavements don't exist until you get to the shops. Be carefully and it's fine. We would 100% come back here again happily!

The hotel has all the simple amenities you need on holiday - the bonus parts where the team at hotel always looking after you, in a quiet town with lovely locals and not over crowded to really relax the day away. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

The hotel description on lovelholiday website, which we booked it with, was inaccurate and the reason we chose it - kids club - was unavailable. In fact there were very few activities for kids. The pool is very deep, so my 8 yo couldn't really go in even on the shallow end by herself, as she wouldn't reach the bottom - the so called kids pool is a 2m sq space - not really a pool. Also the location of the hotel is less than ideal - next to a busy road which kept waking us up in the night. And it's over 20mins walk from the beach up a very steep hill on the way back - not really great in the heat with kids and beach stuff. There is only 6 shuttle transfers a day with a real battle to get a seat on it and seriously limits your options if you still want to take advantage of the meals at the hotel - having them at least once an hour would be helpful. On the flip side the hotel is 1min walk from a well equipped and priced supermarket and short walk to the old part of the village which is quite pretty. Other than that, the hotel itself is really nice - fab food, amazing service, friendly staff (shout out to the pool crew - lifeguard and bartenders - amazing!), super clean and facilities are great, but I wouldn't come back just based on that, as the location just isn't good enough for a holiday with kids, despite all the efforts from the lovely staff. The beach in Kriopigi is lovely - mix of sand and pebbles with super clear water. Quite narrow but at least there are sandy patches - beach shoes for comfort and snorkeling equipment are highly recommended!

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean, and the food was very tasty and there was quite a variety of meals. The all inclusive package included a good range of cocktails and local drinks. The spa offered a good range of treatments for very reasonable prices. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, but I would recommend getting the free bus (provided by the hotel) to get there and back. However if you don't like the sand, the hotel pool is a lovely place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again.
