Sani Dunes

We travelled as a family and just returned from Sani Dunes. The level of detail, care, warmth and professionalism from all the staff is exemplary. The rooms are spacious, well designed and great access from the private garden straight to the pool. And what a pool! Absolutely huge and excellent design, the biggest in Balkans. The restaurants are fantastic, so many to choose from. The Market for breakfast was great, poolside lunches/Beach Club had great selection with tasty, fresh food. The marina is lovely to walk around during sunset, the cruise a nice touch. Particular mention to Maria who was outstanding when it comes to customer service. She made a point to come and find us on the resort on a daily basis to make sure we were ok and to assist in way she could, this was very useful in getting dinner reservations. A true credit to this hotel, above and beyond service. Also I have to mention Iakovos in the lobby bar. What a character! He made our evenings so entertaining with his lively banter, we loved spending time there every evening. The staff at this hotel have truly got the meaning of customer service down to a tee, do not hesitate in booking!

Our stay at Sani Dunes was extraordinary excellent, far beyond any expectations we could have for our 3rd vacation at Sani Resort Dunes. The hospitality was the greatest ever, we specially want to mention our deepest thanks to our guest relation manager Panagiotis. We were also pleased by the kindness of the staff in the different restaurants, especially at the "Fresco" Michelin Star dining, which served great gourmet food. If we could offer 10 star plus plus in general we would rate it. Fingers crossed for a gorgeous season and we will be back for sure in the future. All the best for the perfect team at Sani Dunes.

I stayed at Sani Dunes with my parents over the Easter holidays, and everything was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a treatment at the spa, where Maria from Sani Beach took great care of me—she was professional, attentive, and made the experience truly relaxing. A special thank you as well to Eleni at the reception of Sani Dunes, who was incredibly kind and friendly. She made our check-out process smooth and efficient, leaving us with a smile. Overall, it was a flawless stay and a wonderful holiday. Can’t wait to return!

Our expectations were exceeded. All were perfect, welcome, service, restaurants and the amazing surroundings. Special recognition to the guest service team, the Chelsea football academy and the SPA team. It’s a place to relax, to do exercise, eat delicious food and to enjoy the beauty of nature. The Sani Resort is a role model to combine care for the climate and to make a stay outstanding.

We have made a reservation at the dunes for Easter 2025. we had spent the Easter holidays at the resort years ago it has a beautiful greek orthodox church at the resort and the atmosphere is amazing. The main reason we keep going to the resort (besides the location) is the amenities offered by the staff with leader mr. ouzounis. From the first time back in year 2017 mr. Ouzounis & mr. Spyridopoulos they made us feel like home with their behavior. (We love you guys) i can confirm everything is perfect. Now, after so many years, our relations are friendly.
