Wow!Where can I begin! The staff, the food , the facilities all amazing!Everyday we were welcomed by the loveliest people , particularly going into the restaurant, Pelcigica , and her manager Despina were both delightful , and even went to the effort of remembering us and our room number! Really felt like we were welcomed here! We had the great experience of using the indoor pool and the outdoor pools , both highly enjoyable and very clean! Both at the bar at the beach and pool had lovely staff! Making sure every need was catered to, with reasonable prices too! The cocktails WOW! The show of making them made them worth it ,,,, Try the frozen daiquiri!100% If the pools weren’t enough, a beautiful beach with variety use of sunbeds and even service buttons for the bar! Peckish? Yes food too! Not to mention the complimentary nuts! Although this area is secluded, downstairs there are 2 shops to cater for almost everything! Even cigarettes! Then next door a lovely gift shop! Every morning and night the food was gorgeous, so many things to choose From , particularly the fresh orange juice in the morning! The only thing I would say is that the beds aren’t best couple suited for all! As they are too single beds together which is easily move apart which isn’t best if you get cold at night! But the comfort of the bed made up for that! I would love to return soon! And will certainly be recommending to friends!

Amazing stay at Kassandra Palace in the most beautiful country, and we loved it so much that we've booked our next visit this summer. I have gluten and dairy allergies, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and support I received in finding delicious meal options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my dietary needs were met, making my dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. On our first evening, we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning. However, it was promptly addressed by the next morning, and as a thoughtful gesture, we were given a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. This kind touch truly exemplifies the exceptional customer service we experienced. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the towel service was outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a gel polish manicure at the spa, which turned out to be the best I've ever had! Overall, our experience at Kassandra Palace was fantastic, and we can't wait to return!

Such a beautiful hotel and grounds. Very well kept and looked after. There is definite pride in this resort. As you will read, the staff and food are great- (excepting cold chips) The hotel does charge €15 euros per night Hotel Tax, which is more than we have paid previously, so be ready for that. The shops sell gifts etc, toiletries, water, and snacks but no juices or soft drinks. I mention this because the nearest shop for that is a bus ride or drive..or a 30 minute walk. For perfect rest and relaxation, the hotel has so many different areas to sit, and we were never bored. The bus service was hourly...ish! Cash only. Look out for dolphins!

All around wonderful stay! Facilities were great and staff were all extremely friendly. Loved being greeted by warm and familiar faces at meals like Deseince, Pelogia and Sofia. Made the stay feel more personal. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, hotel and a glorious beach!

The team at Kassandra Palace are attentive, accommodating, friendly and you feel genuinely looked after. A special shout out to Despina one of the General Managers. We have been looked after, time and time again by Despina who goes out of her way to make your stay extra special! Elegant, professional, approachable and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. A true asset to Kassandra Palace!!!!

Stayed for 1 weeks holiday on 2nd May 2025 in room 116 at Kassandra palace Hotel Resort. This must be one of the best hotels for service standards I have stayed in my 50 years of traveling around the world. Service from reception to guest relations, cleaners, grounds workers, all service with a smile and nothing too much trouble and If they do not know they will find out for you. I can recommend this hotel to anybody. PRO's - super staff, friendly workers, Food, Cleaning(towel change and room sweep/clean), fresh water pools, spa, beach towels, so much to list all !! Night manager front desk- MAXIM - always very polite and knowledgable when I talk at 06.30 hrs on way down for morning swim. SOFIA - Guest relations in Resturant - excellent and friendly. STOYKA - cleaning Lady on first floor - always a well cleaned room - Thank you. CON's (constructive critisism) - breakfast fried eggs always too many cooked in advance - both not edible and a complete waste of eggs - suggest cooks to order. the hotel is very lucky to have visiting birds (swallows, swifts) - during May building nests under hotel roof's and overhangs - hotel staff removing /destroying nests ? (will you be happy when these birds do not migrate here anymore ?
