A truly peaceful and relaxing hotel. It's our second time here, and we totally recommend it. The staff are outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day, whether you’re trying to beat the heat or simply want to enjoy your holiday book in a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning and fresh towels provided daily. It’s a wonderful place for couples, but also ideal for families with children, as there are dedicated kids’ pools and shaded playgrounds. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and along the way you’ll find convenient shops where you can pick up water, fruit, and other essentials. Near to the beach, around 5 minutes walk and on the road you can find shops where you can buy water, fruits etc. Many restaurants nearby, only 5 minutes walk (or you can eat at the hotel restaurant)

The hotel and suites are perfectly positioned for beach,restaurents and shops.Mario,Adeolia and James have excellent personal skills,and are always happy to help and advise,all the staff are fantastic and do a wonderful job in making your stay the best.Ruth and Thanasis in reception are so happy and helpful. The rooms,pool and the food is lovely,if you want 5 star,then you need to book 5 star.The restaurents around Alykes are excellent.

We stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in the area. Very impressed, room was fine we had the “chic” room plenty of room to hang your clothes but no drawers a cupboard is below the hanging space. Bathroom has shower all shower gel and shampoo provided. Still have to put toilet paper in a bin ( was surprised thought this may have changed).cleaned every day Air con worked well thank goodness as it was 34 degrees every day, kettle and couple of tea bags but they don’t replace them during your stay . There is a fridge. Breakfast was lovely and it was great to eat on the terrace over looking the pool.Hot and cold food available and lots of sweet cakes. If you like normal English tea take your own they don’t provide any only fruit/herbal. The pool area is amazing, no problem with sunbeds and very quiet we assumed people went to the beach instead. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. You have to pay for pool towels and don’t forget the tourist tax 70 euros for a week in cash.WFI/air conditioning was included We liked the hotel and if we did return to Zante would certainly stay again. The resort is very small just a couple of streets however the restaurants we ate in were very good as were the bars where we met up with our friends. No nightclubs/discos great place for couples who want a relaxing holiday.

Just returned from a week at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. Good bits. Nice hotel and grounds. They don’t allow anyone by the pool till 9:30 so none of that early morning sun bed issues with towels out at the crack of dawn. Breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone served from 7:30 till 10:30. All staff were pleasant and helpful especially the servers at the breakfast . There was always sun beds whatever the time of day available. Cleaners were everyday. The negative bits. Some rooms were in need of updates , not that there was anything wrong with them. We had a family room 402 and it had everything you needed just looked a little tired. Think if painted a crisp white it would make all the difference instead of the beige. All in all a nice hotel and set up. Will return.

Great location into alykes and the beach with two lovely little supermarkets on the door step, breakfast ok basic not 4 star and no fresh fruit, rooms ok but no drawers, clean towels very hard and lots of trip hazards, only an area to hang clothes, bathroom sink odd, great Mountain View’s from rooms 121 but patio furniture uncomfortable and needs replacing. Very noisy from cockerel constantly screeching take ear plugs if a light sleeper, pool great (would Expect pool towels for 4 star but had to bring own) good snack bar at pool and reasonable priced, hotel just lacked something, definitely not 4 star none of the usual Greek charm on arrival no welcome drink or advice normally which we have received in our previous stays in Alykes maybe because not a family run place like previous stay Zion the area - would we return probably if a really good deal came up, shame because it really could be such a lovely hotel in a great location.

Shower runs scalding or freezing. Not enough storage place in rooms. Just an open rail and cupboard below. Sun beds at pool dirty. Coffee tea etc not left in room snd have to ask at reception for refills. Breakfast ok and staff lovely. 10 Euros per night government tax.
