Best hotel and the location was best and so great staff. The staff is really friendly and very well trained. The rooms are great modern and up to date. There is a garden area that is quite and peaceful plus two other terrace’s to gather at. The food is the best I’ve had in Kathmandu!!! It’s centrally located in tha Hamel district which I think is the best! There seems to always be a group of international travelers and trekkers that makes relaxing very easy. The management is on hand anytime to help with any questions, needs , directions and transportation. Speaking of transportation, it’s a pretty short trip to Kathmandu Airport and again, the staff always has drivers to take you. And do try the beautiful rickshaws lined up down the street, great way to see Hamel!!!! Luv this place🤠

Exceptional accommodation with all the needed facilities, great place to stay before you climb the highest mountains in the world or to relax after a long hike! We stayed in this hotel with a group of friends right before venturing to Sagarmatha national park and right after we came back, it was a delight to spend our time here.

very nice and clean rooms, delicious food and incredibly attentive and kind hosts. Also very tasty coffee, hot water. stayed here before and after trekking to Everest base camp, you feel very comfortable. Ramesh is just a cutie :3 highly recommend staying here

Mr Ramesh organised a wonderful 5 day tour in Nepal including Kathmandu and Pokhara for me and my father. He made sure to incorporate what we wanted to see during our time there and made sure we were transported in luxury vehicles and arrived safely at our destinations. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help us during our time there and was very reliable and contactable. Thank you for making our trip in Nepal so memorable! We are definitely coming back.

We arrived in Katmandu without making any prior tour bookings. It was a last minute trip. When we came across Mr. Ramesh and his staff they were calm and very understanding of our requirements. They went through the itinerary very professionally. Quoted genuine prices first time. Mr. Ramesh went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly. He has the resources to cater for big groups, ( 12 seater vans), drivers that are always on time and very friendly. He and his employees made our trip to Nepal wonderful and memorable. Thank you so much you are a credit to your beautiful country.

The staff here all have a can-do attitude to helping you and solving potential challenges. Easily the best thing about this place is the overall level of service. The rooms here were larger than others that we stayed in during our time in Kathmandu. This was helpful for preparing for our trek as we needed to lay out a lot of gear for prepping and packing. The location is just outside central Thamel. Still quiet but very close to the action. The included breakfast was decent. I just wish it came with good coffee because they also serve good coffee but you have to pay for that. They let us store our stuff for trekking. All was there upon returning, but beware, the mice will eat holes in any bags to get to the food (if you have any stored).

The rooms are fantastic and the service was great. Organised a massage for me which was fabulous. The cafe and bistro are delicious and the outdoor seating is great. Perfect place to stay in Kathmandu. Just outside the real busyness of the town. But still within easy walking distance to everything. They even supplied a car to the airport. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler
