Will be back here for sure! Its so clean and receptionist are so helpful! Only thing is noisy with construction works outside. More than that, its very convenient and comfortable to stay!

Room was cleaning

不要住！ 我的經歷： 本人於1.2-1.4住在這家酒店（共兩個晚上），第一個晚上就發現了毛巾上和床上有不少螞蟻（注意，不止一衹兩衹，是好多衹）。因為我是第一次遇到這種情況，所以第一時間並沒有想到要拍視頻，而是自己清理了，因為知道尼泊爾的衞生條件不太好，所以想着我清理了接下來乾淨了也就沒關係。結果在第二天床上又有螞蟻，第三天早上醒來也有。圖片是再次出現螞蟻我錄的視頻截圖（至於為什麼不放原視頻，因為截圖可以截到我錄視頻的時間但直接放視頻的話沒有時間，並且視頻裏有本人聲音，不想發在這裏）。 反饋給酒店之後酒店拒不賠償兩晚房費，攜程工作人員幫我跟他們溝通了三天，他們都不鬆口，態度極差。最後他們自己商定的給我的賠償居然就是一晚上免費住宿（本來還説連帶五頓免費餐食也給我取消了）……懂得都懂，食物成本要錢，而免費讓住一晚上房幾乎不費什麼成本，所以懂得都懂😅我最後也根本沒回去住，誰遇到這種情況還想再回去住呢，而且他們酒店的房子都一股子煙味，我當時開門通風散了很久的氣也沒啥用。 ps：他們一直找理由怪我沒有在發現螞蟻第一時間就告訴他們。這其實是因為一開始我真的想着我自己清理就算了，後面接二連三床上又出現螞蟻，我想着等我退房了再和他們説是因為我不確定他們到底人怎麼樣，我一個女生獨自在尼泊爾，我擔心如果我退房前給他們反饋萬一談不攏的話自己可能會面臨危險，所以才選擇退房之後再反饋。確實，如果我能及時反饋那自然是好，但我沒及時反饋也不意味着他們就可以態度那麼惡劣還拒不賠償。 真的要避雷這家酒店，沒出現問題還好，出現了的話，別指望從他們那討回一絲公道。 （大家可以去網上看看相關案例，哪個出現這種情況的酒店不是退房費的，有的甚至還有額外補償。）

Hotel Sekai exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful. The rooms are modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop garden so relaxing. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable visit!

Very quiet and relaxing environment ! Clean room with attached bathroom, good working air conditioning, sitting chair, electric kettle for warm water. The room we stay had balcony as well. We also tried in-house restaurant food. Food was really delicious. Staff members are very friendly and warm.
