The hotel is new and has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and has a luxurious touch to it. They have a restaurant at the ground floor where the free breakfast is served. It is a great place to meet and mingle with other guests. Room service is also available in case guests want to order from the restuarant. Breakfast was buffet and has everything you need to start your day. Bread, rice, meat, veggies and fruits, juices and coffee/tea, cereals, pancakes etc. The staff were amazing! Very friendly and will cater to every request you would have. The location was perfect! Just a few minutes from the Thamel Square where the action is. (You can find a lot of Japanese, Korean, Chinese restaurants in the Thamel Square. Souvenir shops are also there.) One-time pick up OR drop off from the airport is an added bonus that I have never experienced before and saved me effort and money. Above all, the hotel manager, Mr Ganga is the best! He goes out of his way to make sure his guests feel welcomed, are comfortable, and having a great time. I had a private tour on my second day, got lost somehow, and when I couldn't contact the driver, he went out of his way and picked me up in his scooter so that I could meet the driver. I've been to quite a few hotels in different countries and Magnificent Hotel in Kathmandu is definitely one of the top 3 hotels I've been. Thanks to everyone especially Mr Ganga for making my stay in Nepal a memorable one.

The Hotel is very good. Very good ambience and Food. Hotel is very clean. The staff is very good cooperative and good service. Food is awesome. I really enjoy food. Specially Nepali Thali. Hotel room is very clean. The Manager Ganga is very nice person. He is taking very good care of all guest like family.

Very neat and clean AC room, food is very nice, staff is friendly and service is excellent. This hotel is in the right location with walking distance to Darbar square and Naranhiti palace. I recommend to stay here. I enjoyed the stay. They provide good spread of breakfast.

Nice and clean. Best part it is in Thamel but not in the crowded place. Good for Business stay no doubt. I have stayed here multiple times. Manager is very friendly and supportive. Overall i will rate them best. If you dont have any preference of large brand you can chose this hotel.

This was the absolute best hotel! Boutique style, very clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The manager, Ganga, absolutely made our stay at the hotel so enjoyable! He made us feel like family! The breakfast was great and the restaurant also served lunch and dinner. Very good food! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in Kathmandu. I highly recommend this hotel! You will definitely have a pleasant stay!

Well neat and clean and hygienic rooms.The behaviour of staffs and Manager was extremely friendly and co-operative. Would advise to do a booking if you want a pleasant stay.

Great hotel in the tourist area of Katmandu. Very clean. In a quiet area. Free airport shuttle upon arrival. Comfortable room and bed. Great food and a great free breakfast. Everyone was friendly and smiling. The outdoor eating area was a big plus. We would stay here again.

The staff at Magnificent Hotel were all so fantastic and super helpful. Arranged all our trips with them at a decent price. Visited Durban Suare during the afternoon, entrance fee was $7.50 Visited Chandragiri Hills to ride the cable car to the summit, brilliant views and very reasonable cafe prices. Can also try the zip-line or sky bikes.cable cars do not operate at lunch hour so plan your trip either side of this time. Visited a Hindu cremation ceremony which was unusual but interesting. Highlight of our holiday was the mountain flight with Buddha Air, arranged by Ganga at reception.5am start for the 60 minute flight, back in time for breakfast at the hotel. Guaranteed a window seat, very helpful air hostess, given a map of the significant mountains and a certificate at the end, total cost around $260 each. Rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast selection enough for all tastes to set you up for the day, internet speed excellent great shower and comfy beds. Would highly recommended and thanks to all the staff for an enjoyable stay.

A beautiful hotel. Everything is clean and close to restaurants and cafes. The staff could not be more helpful. Our room was large and spacious. Clean linen and serviced daily if needed. The breakfast and food is delicious. Highly recommend staying here if in Kathmandu.
