Loved the stay, it’s a traditional hotel in Thamel area where you can find everything you need from the market and the night life, spa salon and tomato centers, even yoga places around The hotel service was so good and the staff was really nice and flexible

Excellent Service, Beautiful Setting  I stayed here with my partner during our week-long trip to Nepal and truly fell in love with the atmosphere of Hotel Thamel House. The building is a restored heritage property, and it shows in every detail—from the carved wooden windows to the traditional décor in the rooms.  What made the stay even more special was the exceptional service. The staff helped us plan our visits to Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan, including private transportation, a local guide, and helpful tips. Every interaction was professional, warm, and sincere.  The hotel is located in Thamel, which is lively and full of restaurants, shops, and local crafts. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel remains tranquil. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning was peaceful and delicious. Can’t recommend it enough for anyone wanting to explore the Kathmandu Valley while enjoying a relaxing stay.
