Andes house was great! The rooms were clean, showers hot and breakfast tasty. We got to hang out with Deepak and Putsi the dog. Deepak was super helpful with recommendations and booking taxis/bus. Come stay here!

Excellent friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean and spacy rooms. Deepqk and Babu took great care of us and any visitor we saw. They were also extremely helpful in organizing our plane tickets to Lukla, arranged transport from and to the airport free of charge and offered to hook us up with a guide service in the mountains.

I only stayed 1 night at Andes House but the location in Thamel was amazing. Within metres of club LOD, it was the perfect place to end the night. It’s cozy and the garden is beautiful, with very friendly and welcoming staff.

Great place to stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. The free breakfast is good too. There is a great garden outside to hang out in or eat breakfast. No AC but fans in the rooms. Some rooms are a little old feeling but good price.

The Hotel has improved a lot now. You won’t get an Air Conditioned room at this price in Thamel area. Breakfast was too good and beers available on purchase. Room service brilliant and airport pick and drop has made my journey very easy from airport. Thanks to Deepak for all services hotel provides.

Andes House is located away from the busy streets to it is quiet at night time. There is a wonderful garden area with tables and chairs which is a great place to rest and have breakfast in the morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and can organise transport, PCR tests etc.

There are discriminatory towards Indians, they will treat you and yell at you. Why is this even a hotel? They give rooms to couples for a few hours. They sell ****. Criminal place. They will tell Indians to get out of the hotel as they know that you are there under a package by a tourist company and not directly hired the hotel.

After 5 years I returned to the Andes House and for me it was still as good as the first time I visited this place. Good rooms for an affordable price with breakfast included. Friendly and helpfull hosts, hot shower and good internet speed inside the rooms (ask which router you have to use). Located in a quiet neighborhood, but just move a few steps and you will be in Thamel. Recommended!

Friendly administration, easy to check in and out. Breakfast was nice, the dog there was very friendly too. Room was in fantastic condition too, definitely recommend it. Great location too, right in the centre of the city
