Average Experience with Clean Room, Could Improve Guest Service I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief getaway, and my overall experience was average. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a well-maintained and spotless environment, which contributed significantly to my comfort during the stay. Despite these shortcomings in guest service, the hotel's amenities and facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing a good night's rest.

The hotel is very modern with all the amenities you need. Our room has a great view of mountains and the city. Hotel breakfast is good and various. We enjoyed our stay a lot! And we will definitely recommend it

This is a great hotel close to the cafes and restaurants but tucked out of the way so it’s quiet when you’re sleeping. The hotel manager allowed me to check in early and check out late free of charge. The open roof top restaurant has fantastic views. Would come back again.

Excellent hotel with a comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower. The staff are very friendly especially the Hotel Manager Bissnu, who went out of his way to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. I took advantage of the spa facilities and the 90 minute massage was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with nice atmosphere

以下是本人在當天尼泊爾的加德滿都入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間401。酒店位置：博卡拉交通不方便，但是走路可達。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。有一次性拖鞋提供，有牙齒牙膏刮鬍刀（國外一般不提供）。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖是。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，前台2個小夥子工作態度很好，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。 7樓吃早餐風景很好

非常非常滿意

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I will say there was one worker in particular that, in our opinion, took advantage of us being clearly new tourists to the city and demanding a high tip for simply wheeling our bags to our room. Of course we were going to tip, however were unsure of the amount in which was appropriate, the worker told us a 1000 Nepalese Rupee tip was normal. We realised after spending some time in the country that it was in fact not the norm for such short service. We went for a week long hike, then checked back into the hotel. Checking in for the second time we made a conscious effort to avoid this worker as they had previously made us feel uncomfortable. The worker attempted to snatch our bags, pulling them away from us whilst we were holding onto them, we said that we preferred to carry our own bags, but they continued to attempt to grab them from us. They followed us into our hotel room, waited around for a few seconds, then stormed out after we did not tip - leaving the door open on their way out. Apart from the above, which was no fault of the Hotel, we had a wonderful stay at the Wood Apple and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Good location and good hospitality . Food arrangements at 7 th floor is good with scenic beauty . Stayed for 2 days and the staffs are very polite and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean . Thamel street is in a walkable distance. Overall it’s a great stay. 👍👍👍

Very good services…… breakfast is pretty good. Arranged parathas for vegetarians. Location of the hotel is perfect if you wish strolling around the local market. Hotel staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Overall morning breakfast supper

The rooms were nice, clean, and seem to have been undated fairly recently. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The buffet style hot breakfast was also good and offered a decent variety with expresso drinks available as well. Overall had a great stay! धन्यवाद

This was our second time staying at Woodapple Hotel and Spa, and once again, it was an incredible experience! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, which really makes the hotel feel like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a charming exterior view. We especially loved the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The restaurant continues to impress us—the food is absolutely amazing, truly some of the best in town! Every dish we tried was Superb!!👍👍👍 We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great hospitality!
