La Maison Boutique Hotel

We stayed 5 days (4 nights) and could not fault any service. The owner Ron was available 24/7 and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The locality is very central to everything. Rooms are very clean and with underground parking very handy. Continental breakfast was excellent. We recommend this accommodation.

Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Small bar fridge and table with 2 chairs. Lovely shower. Close to main attractions and on good bus route. Toast and spread for breakfast included as well as cereal and an apple. Host at front desk very pleasant.

Neither French, nor boutique! Well located and comfortable enough hotel, with good undercroft parking, but badly let down by its housekeeping. Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially when we asked to change room, as the one we’d been allocated was filthy. A little nervous about the Huntsman spider sitting on the ceiling over the breakfast buffet - not dangerous apparently but rather off-putting for two days.

We stayed here for easter weekend in an spacious, but dated upstairs room. The bathroom was roomy enough with a bathtub and separate shower. A continental breakfast was available downstairs and it was a pretty good but basic fare of toast, cereal, yoghurt and juices. The front garden was pretty and it was nice sitting out there in the sunshine on the cold mornings. The nights were cold but we had adequate heating in the room. The best bit about this motel is the undercover parking, and its within walking distance to the 3 sisters lookout and a few walking tracks. The RSL club is also up the road and they have good meals though was pretty busy. There's also a little bar in the motel and quaint sitting rooms with an open fire, which would be cosy in winter.

My friends and I went to there for 2 days and a half. Our stay was overall ok. However, they charged us for breaking the pipes in the basement and for using *****. Firstly, the basement was already broken. Secondly, we never have touched ***** in our life. If you ever plan for a stay at one of their locations, make sure to take pictures of the house just after entering as a proof.

This is such a beautifully appointed and old world heritage hotel. I was taken the moment I stepped in . There is a log fire loungeroom for those snuggle cold nights . A billiard room and bar. All with lovely furnishings. They offer a help yourself breakfast in the morning at a reasonable cost . My room was charming it had a huge king bed a wardrobe, coffee and tea, a TV, private bathroom and a table with 2 chairs. There is parking underneath the hotel. There is a sauna but I never got to it. There is a vending machine for ancks and drinks. The manager was very nice and helpful and friendly. ONE ISSUE for people with mobility issues book a downstairs room as there is no lift and two runs of stairs you have to get up. There are also stairs from the parking bay, so I would suggest you park at the front, unload your bags take it to your room then go park the car. Apart from that the room was clean and well appointed. The water pressure was very good , there was an air conditioner and a bar fridge. Everything you need for a stay in comfort.
