Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.

All experience was good, except check-in process. Despite of there confirmation for early check-in, we have to wait for 3 hours for getting rooms.

Place was clean enough. Room was spacious and food was also good. Staff is courteous and helpful only con was glasses and cup in room were not clean.

Location of hotel is good, clean, supporting staff. However, amenities provided for mmt customers are lesser than normal customers. Even they don't provide water in the room. Room cleaning is also done when asked twice. Free drop to bus stand or banganga not available while they claim to provide
