The stay was pleasant and no problems were faced. The owner was very much understanding and the room provided was also neat and clean. I will definitely recommend this one for future stays. The hotel is in the market only. To add on, they provided a free drop to the helipad.

Our stay at Mount view international was pleasant. It is located in center, walkable distance to Katra bus stand and nearby market. Staff is well mannered. They provided us free drop to Banganga and even extended our check out by two hours considering our train was late. Affordable stay at prime location.

The room is very dirty, there is a dirty smell in the room.I had made the entire payment online, but I did not stay at the hotel

The hotel doesn't provide the extra bed and asked our third guest to sleep on the floor. The washrooms are not properly maintained and not completely hygienic.

Excellent hotel to stay. The owner Mr. Sham ji personally looked after the guest. We had early Check in & we requested for the car pick the same was on time . Good quality is amazing . The staff Mr. Ashish & deepak both are very friendly & always there to help. Their food quality is amazing their yellow dal fry , dum aloo and paneer butter masala is very delicious. Amazing place to stay feeling if home sweet home .❤️❤️🎉🎉 jai mata di .

This hotel staff even its rooms are pathetic I strongly recommended do not ever go in this place the manager don't know how to talk to peoples worst worst place to ever live in the hotel manager is an uneducated person who think he can say any bullying and misbehaving words I am sure the owner does not know about his practices and if so what a pity
