The hotel's location is perfect with most shopping centers and sights within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. No thanks

It was a pleasant stay at hotel arihant palace. My family arrived in early morning but our check in was at 12 pm at noon but the hotel management was so cooperative that they allowed our luggage to be at at hotel and allowed us to be freshen up so that we can start our journey to vaishno devi bhawan. The room was also properly maintained and service was also good.

Value for money. Clean hotel. Any food on demand but they takes little time as they make as per demand of customer. Overall very good hotel.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. It offered no value for money. The room was incredibly small and lacked adequate space. The bathroom was tiny, and to make matters worse, the flush was not working, making it very uncomfortable to use. The staff was unfriendly and uncooperative when issues were reported. I strongly advise against opting for this hotel.

Hotel is very clean nice place near to railway station road. Hoter sataf are very good. Bole to ghar jaisa. Ek bar jarur a aye yaha

Hotel was good and staff was also very helpful they should work more in cleanliness changing bed sheets and hanging room fresheners in washroom had a weird smell other than that we had no issues
