During our stay, we found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The staff’s behavior was commendable—they were polite, attentive, and professional, which added a positive note to our visit. However, the rooms were average, falling into the “okay-ish” category. While they were not unpleasant, they lacked the finesse or amenities that could elevate the experience. In summary, this property works well for a functional stay with decent service but doesn’t offer much in terms of luxury or standout features. It’s a reasonable option for travelers with moderate expectations.

It was very terrible, bed were not good they provided torn bedsheet and blanket. And door lock was completely broken. Staff were so rude. But anyways i had very bad experience. Thank you for your unexpected services

Hotel qas good but restaurant staff were very much disgusting i'd booked my room with complimentary breakfast, when i asked for parathas, they told me that they have not any stuff for paratha. Also told to me that only you'll got puri bhaji in complimentary breakfast. Even i'd told to them to serve on payment basis but they denied. So that was very terrible

The bedsheet was not good and their service policy was not good to talk about. Well, i understand that you will not come for the first time. They were not even giving me water.

The hotel location was good, very near to banganga trekking point. Staffs are polite and very well behaved. The room was nice and comfortable.

Room need maintainance. Bad service. Open ac electric plug, didn't put the cover even after i requested, as if they don't care. Extended wooden bed edge got our legs hurt many times. Definitely not worth 1600- that i paid /night. But yes ac geyser working.
