Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa recensioner

The hotel is located in a area called " Kevin Heights' which is near the airport but opposite to the Queenstown city. However, the hotel is built as it own resort, it is very pleasant to be away from those tourist spot full of hotels and accommodations. If you look for a holidays like a retreat and quiet time, this hotel is your choice. The hotel is full of facilities like indoors swimming pool, restaurant and bar with lake view, lot of self-service parking spaces (you need to pay for $4 NZD per hour or $16NZD for a day parking). The breakfast at the restaurant with the lake view that really give you a fresh start of a day before you are heading off to your adventures. By the lake side you can go for a walk anytime you want is a very pleasant activities or you can order your water taxi from the front desk that will take you to the downtown of Queenstown. It is also treat yourself as a cruise trip on the Wakatipu lake.

Fantastic location and ambience. Special thanks to Mohammed Manager and Melissa in the bar and grill for outstanding service. Rooms are.sooo comfy like second home. Views are wow, wow and wow. Loved it , did not want to leave.

Friendly staff, but run down hotel… The latches on our windows were broken and hence we could not rest due to noise levels on the street. I alerted the hotel for them to say their “technician” had fixed it. It was not fixed and I had to DIY improve the seal by using cardboard. It’s like staying in a cheap motel and paying $1000/night unfortunately. Our room was a “mountain view” suite, I’ve included photos below for you to judge whether that’s a mountain view.

We love the lake view from the balcony. Though it is not within walking distance from the town centre, it’s nevertheless tranquil and serene. There’s a ferry service, at a cost, to and from the town centre. Customer service officers from Hilton would be more than happy to share more on this. We like the morning breakfast though you really should be prepared to wait if it’s during the peak hours. I love their real honeycomb. What a treat that was! Spread wise could have been wider, but quality is decent. We enjoyed the friendly service by Hilton. We only stayed for one night, but would be happy if I had more time there. Overall, a very good stay there.

We were there for 2 nights and it was perfect. The location is very beautiful surrounded by river. We would definitely come back!!

Cleanliness and service flexibility could be improved as the Hilton brand is a top tier brand. Compared with hiltons in other parts of the world, this is left wanting

Very nice room with lakeview! Convenient location, close to the town. Love it!

Room is amazing and cozy. staff was professional and helpful. breakfast buffet was great with amazing view. it's located about 15-20 minutes away from Town Centre, much more quiet location which is ideal if you want to relax. However, parking can be quiet painful, the closest parking lot is either open air and underground which required bit of distance dragging the luggage across, and parking fee is charged on top.

Nice resort and friendly staff however is abit far main city. The view is nice lake.
