Location is very convenient. Less than 20 minutes from Haneda Airport by train. The room is very clean and the staff is very accommodating.

There is a familymart and shopping mall nearby the hotel, which is only 2-3 minutes walk from Kawasaki JR station. The hotel's room is cozy and we have a pleasant stay. The staff is helpful, polite, and proactive. The room is very clean. This hotel will definitely be on my list of places to stay in the future. Thank you.

A good experience at hotel, very clean, the attendant was very polite and friendly. i stay there just to get a flight in Haneda Airport, so it was very convenient.

Quite newly furnished and Kawasaki itself it large enough to enjoy without going to the busy Shinjuku or Shibuya. About an hour to Fujiko museum and Sanrio Puroland.

I was on a business trip to Japan and stayed 16 night at the Hotel and I had an excellent experience during the entire stay at the Metropolitan Kawasaki Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the service provided by the front desk staff and the room was very clean and comfy. I can highly recommend this Hotel to any business traveler to Japan.

Good breakfast buffet offer, good location and friendly staff. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Everything is perfect.

Best location which near the JR Kawasaki station and next to the shopping malls. Very nice, helpful and polite staffs with well communicated. Clean room and great sofa.

Really love the convenience of the hotel allocation, allowing us to travel to different places with the nearest train station (Kawasaki station) just a few mins walk from our hotel. Not to even say it has multiple convenience stores and malls around the hotel, including different kinds of restaurants around us!! Definitely gonna come back to this hotel again!!! Plus point is that it is only 30mins away from Haneda Airport T3~~~
