A good hotel with goof value fof money. highly recommended if you are going through Kayseri airport

My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants. Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Service - staff were friendly Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo

Fiyat/performans oteli. Çalışanlar amatör ancak iyi niyetliler ve yardıma hazırlar. ERciyes'e kayağa geldik ve dağ otelleri aşırı pahalı olunca Kayseri merkezde konaklayıp gidiş geliş yaptık, dağa 28 km mesafede. Odada eksik olan malzemeler itirazsız ve hızlıca getirildi. Kahvaltısı ortalama lezzette ve yeterliydi.

Acil olarak her bakımdan yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Merkeze çok uzak sayılmaz araç ile 10 dakika mesafede. Otopark sorunu yok

Stayed there for one night and it was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and the room rate was good. staff friendly and helpful. İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kayseri izerinden GAP turuna başlarken saat geç olduğu için bu oteli bulduk. Çalışanlar ilgili odalar idare eder fakat banyolar çok bakımsız ve oda icerisinde koku oluşturuyor. Günü birlik konaklamalar için kalınabilir fakat uzun vadede kendi adıma tercih etmem.

Kayseride alışkanlıklarımızın dışında, yolculuk geçişi esnasında gece yarısı gelip sabah kahvaltı sonrası çıkış yaptık. Otele geldiğimizde 501 nolu odayı verdiler, odaya çıktığımızda odanın ve yatağın kullanılmış olduğunu görünce itirazda bulunduk, bunun üzerine 410 numaraya. yönlendirildik, bu sefer anahtar odayı açmadı ardından 310 noya geçiş yaptık, Bu odanında banyo ve tuvaleti daha önce kullanılmıştı! Oda büyüklük ve dekorasyon açısından yeterli idi. ek yastık talebimiz saat nedeniyle geri çevrildi, Sabah kahvaltısı son derece yavan ve basitti, yumurtalar sanırım birden fazla kez haşlanmaktan renk değiştirmiş idi, Otelden çıkıp Divan pastanesine kahvaltı yapmaya gittik. Güzel bir otelin bu kadar kötü işletilmesine hakikaten üzüldüm. Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda kesinlikle sınıfta kaldılar.

Otel genel olarak temiz. Restotantta İlknur hanımın tavırları hiç hoş değil yemeğe gittiğiniz zaman sizi görmemezlikten geliyor.İnsanlara karşı yalaka. Eşlerle gidilecek bir ortam değil bayanın bakışlarından deliye dönebelirsiniz.

İlk olarak fiyatları normal şehir oteli ama hizmet 2 veya 3 tık daha güzel öyle basit şehir otelerinden farkı hem fiyatı hemde çalışanları bence denemesi gereken bir otel bu klasik baık kokulu odaları dar sadece şehir merlkezinde otelerden değil . BAŞARILI BİR TESİS.
