We booked a hotel for Friday check-in and check-out (23-25 February) dates at the weekend and we stayed in this hotel during the times I stated. We stayed in this hotel for 800 TL per person per night. Only breakfast was enough considering the price performance. Now, if we come to our problem, the 11th floors were generally extremely hot, of course, they gave us this information after the night. Although the window was open all night, we were forced to stay in a room with a temperature of almost 40 degrees, even though we wanted a fan at midnight. When I said we couldn't sleep and we wouldn't stay in that room for another night, did you collect your belongings to be cleaned after 9:00, we replied okay, our room key was picked up and we were told that our belongings would be moved. When we returned to the hotel at 9:00 on Saturday evening, we learned that they didn't change the room while waiting to get the key to our new room and we insisted on moving to another room, they told us that they wouldn't change it and return the money, but we wouldn't stay in the hotel, they said we should find another hotel at 9:00. They gave a fan, but it never worked, and if you wouldn't change our room with the lady who was said to be the general manager, why would you commit When I said you gave it, he sent us by saying that he would keep a report about two different personnel working there, we couldn't do anything, of course, I apply for a complaint. Moreover, the hotel is very old and you don't even want to sit in the dirty toilet. I didn't use a very old pool all over the hotel, but we were a crowded team, those who use the pool from our team said that it was very dirty, I never recommend it.
