Hotel under modifications. Staff was not too professional, carrying on private conversation on phone while checking in.

A cheap bed and little else. We arrived to find a parking lot full of young men from all over the world. Several were hanging out and drinking beer. A FULL motel with about 15 cars and 20 bicycles parked in the lot. This is OBVIOUSLY long term housing for dozens of "undocumented" travelers. A bit of a surprise but our only issue was that there was no coffee maker or even a single paper cup in the room. Coffee was available in the "dining" area at 6 am although there wasn't much else. We left before it got light. I guess a motel's got to do what they can for business.

When we arrived at room security chain was broken and no way to call front desk. No phone in room. we were told they would get to it as soon as possible. it was never fixed. when returned from conference found that only usable door was the main door. there were no coffee makers in room or lobby. vending machine was empty told there was no one to fill machine. we had no maid service was available the entire time we were there. never saw a maid our entire stay. The parking lot was a mess. Breakfast was adequate.

There were some issues with the room. Floor lamp damaged, wall hvac didn’t work and there was a portable heater plugged into the lamp on the night stand (fire hazard) to heat the room. Saw one dead bug and one live one in the bathroom. Tv remote was dirty- didn’t want to touch it. Staff member was nice and check in was easy.

Sad and minimally maintained property. No excuse for not making basic repairs. TV screen was damaged, TV remote did not work, hand towels were stained, bathtub faucet was ready to fall off. “Breakfast” included boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, weak coffee, and off-color juice.

Honestly, idk where to begin at how bad this place is. First off you're lucky if you can catch someone working the front desk. Once we got our keys, the hallway leading to the room was littered with garbage and half eaten food tossed on the floor. That is not only disgusting but also a danger to my dog who was with us. The room itself was dirty: stained and hair ridden sheets, a dirty wet towel left in the shower, and again dirty floors. The door had no secure lock. The chain lock seemed to be ripped off the door and the deadbolt was loose. Being desperate for a place to lay our heads for the night, we cleaned up a bit and decided to stay. In the morning we awoke to management pounding on the door, demanding us to checkout an hour before our designated checkout time. Waited at the desk for over 5 min to checkout and complain, but big surprise no one ever showed up. We love super 8, so this was a huge disappointment to us. Avoid this place if you can.

Everything about this place is terrible. The owners have just let it get run down. Garbage piling out of the trash can outside the lobby. The majority of guests appear to be longtime residents, perhaps somewhat down on their luck. Avoid! Avoid!

I found someone else’s feces in the toilet upon check in. I notified the night manager. He told me he would notify his manager that arrives in morning.l and he would make it right.Hotel was fully booked. It was 9:00 pm. In morning manager had not been informed. He did not express much concern and only offered to waive the pet fee. I was not happy

Entire place and room was run down. Only 2 small pillows per queen bed. Air conditioner issues for all room. Signs all over about them freezing up. Did not cool room. No exhaust fan in bathroom just added to room climate issues Too bad I booked ahead.
