Excellent location close to Kelowna Airport. All the employees are friendly, always willing to solve your problem. Definitely will consider to stay again next time.

Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

close to UBCO and airport.  clean and beautiful place.  Breakfast is satisfied.

Our stay was wonderful, travelling from Vallarta back to Canada it’s an excellent place to rest before we continued on to our destinations

The room doesn’t look renovated. It just looks old and it doesn’t come with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is not good as it only has a couple of hot dishes. Overall it does worth the money paid for the large hotel brand.

房間很大 ，整體衞生不錯。早餐選擇不多，地面停車10/晚，地下停車20/晚。

房間很舒適，乾淨衞生。 酒店離機場很近，shuttle也是隨叫隨到，很方便。

酒店比較新，停車方便，酒店早餐很簡單，酒店周圍餐廳挺多，離機場很近，但飛機的聲音並不影響休息，周圍有兩個高爾夫球場挺不錯。

設施：很新 衞生：乾淨整潔 服務：親切有禮 環境：明亮舒適

舒服、自在、有禮、大堂有迎賓水果，但早餐與訂房時照片有很大落差，令人失望，游泳池與hot tub偏小。

房間很大也很乾凈，沙發床小孩子睡很合適，早餐也很豐富，強烈推薦。
