DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept so well throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything fresh and tidy.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, and once again we are absolutely delighted with our choice. The service here is excellent, and the staff are simply amazing — always friendly, smiling, and ready to help in any situation. Thanks to their warmth and hospitality, we truly feel at home. The hotel has a wonderful location and a very convenient, compact layout where everything is close at hand. Another big advantage is the WhatsApp assistant: we always receive all the necessary information quickly and easily. We would also like to give special thanks to Emilia, who gave us a very warm and hospitable welcome and assisted us throughout our stay via WhatsApp. She was always helpful and supportive, and we are very grateful to her for that. The evening shows are simply magical and unforgettable! Every performance is bright, full of energy, and gives maximum enjoyment — a real highlight of our holiday. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again!

Excellent 2 weeks stay here May 2024 Staff fantastic, loved the piano guy on an evening, very talented and funny. Food brilliant, only downfall was the deserts as mainly contained nuts which I don’t eat but always found something else. Food trucks are a favourite. Rooms great and clean. My husband fell in love with the chocolate shop. The only complaint I have is we purchased a 14ct diamond ring from the jewellery shop within the hotel, only to find out recently that it is plated. We are now getting the diamond tested. Very disappointed. Will now also complaining to Doubletree.

We stayed for 7 days during the first week of August — 2 adults and our 7-year-old child. It was our second stay, and we were absolutely delighted. It felt like a true gastronomy show! Not only was there an incredible variety of food offered, but everything was also exceptionally delicious. The quality of the alcoholic drinks and the cocktails was outstanding.The staff were amazing — attentive, friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their work. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra from the housekeeping department, Mr. Sefa from F&D, Ms. Fikriye, Ms. Melisa, and Ms. Nilsu from the Kids Club, and Mr. Ferhat who welcomed us at check-in and kept us informed throughout our stay. A big thank you also to Ms. Sultan, responsible for common area cleaning, who always greeted us warmly and shared her positive energy, and to Mr. Metin, the Room Divisions Manager, who personally prepared incredible service for the guests. We are also grateful to the entire team whose names I can’t remind but who performed their duties perfectly. The Kids Club offers children the chance to spend the day in a high-quality environment with valuable activities. From workshops to fun events, everything is thoughtfully planned and brings joy to the kids. Evening entertainment is highly professional, engaging, and far from ordinary. Just as the days by the sea, sand, and sun were perfect, the evening programs helped end each day beautifully. Pool activities are also managed by professional staff. The sea is clear — we never had any problem finding sunbeds. By the pool, staff on roller skates regularly come around asking if you’d like something to drink. There are various food and beverage stations in different parts of the hotel, so there’s always something to enjoy. The massage and foam bath we received at the spa center were wonderful. We truly hope to stay here again in the coming years.

Massive thank you to the kids club team, Melisa, Nilsu, and Fiko. They’ve made the kids club experience so much fun for my two little ones ( O & Z). They’re always so warm and welcoming, and they create this amazing atmosphere that the kids loved. Also the two bartenders at Bransons bar! They’re fantastic and make the best frozen Strawberry Daiquiris with great service. They also make great kids mocktails.

We arrived at our hotel late on, around 11:30 pm. We had our 7yr old daughter with us. We were welcomed into the hotel and our bags taken in for us. We were offered something to drink, the hotel buffet was still open with a small range of delicious food. We were shown to our room and were set up on the hotel wattsapp which allowed us to interact with guest relations and ask any questions we needed to. Which they answered within minutes! A lady who I only remember as “Miss Strawberry” from guest relations was the warmest and most kindest member of the team. However, the whole hotel is extremely welcoming, friendly and laid back but with a luxurious and high end vibe. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough! The kids club is fantastic and the girls who run it are second to none. Our daughter loved it there. We rented a bungalow for the day at the end of the jetty and our butler for the day was a man called Burak. He was fantastic and could not do enough for us. Even after our bungalow experience Burak made sure that he helped us whenever he saw us in the restaurant, brought us drinks and made us feel well looked after. The food and drink at the hotel is wonderful! Their main restaurant has everything you could possibly want and more! The drinks are lovely and cocktails are amazing! Especially the strawberry daiquiris. The entertainment at night was nice! Especially for the kids at the mini disco! All the bars are wonderful but the three main bar men in the lobby bar, the Ibiza bar and the terrace bar are amazing especially with our little girl! They went above and beyond. Firat in the restaurant is a fantastic server and earns every bit of his wage. As does Agit at the pool area. And the lovely cleaner lady in the main restaurant! Our little girl got hurt by another child in the pool by accident and the lifeguard again helped as soon as he saw her and he then contacted guest relations who came down to check she was ok! Getting up early in the morning and watching the sunrise was one of the best things I did it was so peaceful and just a lovely way to start the day. I have been blown away by the sheer kindness and warmth that we have been welcomed with within this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a chilled and relaxed two weeks away. I hope that we manage to come back soon and visit.
