We stayed at Akka Alinda from October 1st to 10th, and it was our second time at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect again — friendly and attentive staff, always willing to help and make your stay comfortable. Food was delicious and varied, with new options every day. The hotel grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and great service! We’ll definitely be back!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. The food was fantastic, the service is excellent, everything in the room is new. The territory is big and well-maintained. The atmosphere is pleasant. I can’t even think of any drawbacks. I would like to come back definitely.

I had the pleasure of spending the past week at this wonderful property. I'm a frequent guest in Turkey and Turkish hotels, but I've never encountered such a well-run establishment. Perfect cleanliness, extremely helpful staff, an incredible variety of food to choose from, and a beautiful park surrounding the hotel. A wonderful property, well worth your attention! We’ve been together with my mom here for a week, we loved everything, great food, a lot of variety of activities to do, great animation team especially Sima and her Zumba lessons: thank you so much for the great time!

This was our fifth stay at Akka Alinda Hotel, but unfortunately, we have to say that the experience this time did not live up to our previous visits. The overall quality of service has noticeably declined. It seems that Russian-speaking tourists are prioritized, as there are very few staff members who speak and understand English. This was particularly problematic in the kids’ mini club, where none of the staff spoke English well enough for us to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. The cleanliness of the rooms has also gone down slightly. On a positive note, the food remains tasty, and a couple of members from the entertainment team were very friendly and engaging. The hotel grounds, including gardens and shared areas, are clean and well-maintained. Service at the coffee bar has consistently been friendly and pleasant. However, in other bars, we noticed that only those who push ahead and order alcohol are served quickly, while children can stand in line for up to 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging them. This kind of service is very disappointing and unfair. Another issue is smoking around the pool area. Given the large number of children present, there should be clearly designated smoking areas, and the poolside should ideally be a smoke-free zone. We would like to highlight the excellent service at the hotel’s information desk — the staff there are polite and helpful. The team handling the luggage also deserves praise for their efficiency and professionalism. We chose this hotel again based on the positive experiences of previous years, but unfortunately, this time it did not leave the same good impression. We hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the level of service to restore what once made Akka Alinda our favorite vacation destination.

We had very good rest and vacation in Akka Alinda Hotel in Kiris, we spend 11 days with friends and family in this wonderful Hotel. Here was very rich and varied lunches and dinners, tasty breakfasts and food in general. Clener and big rooms and good WiFi. I also definitely recommended to visit the hamam bath and ritual at the hotel, definitely take course of massages from Ali (he also calls himself Alibaba and work at Hotel Spa:)), if you like a strong professional massage with relaxing elements and stones, then definitely only from Ali! thank you Akka Alinda, we will come back!
