Maxx Royal Kemer Resort

Incredible service. Pure 5 star, nothing request is too much. Food options are amazing. Most restaurants included, steak and Teppenyaki are a small supplement. Cabana included if you are staying in a Laguna Suite. Tamer was our butler. This guy is a massive credit to the hotel, his service is outstanding, preempts all of our requests and makes suggestions that we didn’t even know were possible. Kids club is out of this world. Kids are entertained from morning to night with various programs to suit all ages. This is our 3rd year in a row here and in my opinion is the best All Inclusive resort in Europe.

Very good hotel and Anna with Kamilla asistance was top service! We liked max kid zone too it was very good place for our kid! Also Tamur supervisor was very good at pavilion! Thanks for your service! Maybe the main difference from Maxx Royal at Belek it is that Kemer Maxx Royal is focused more to relaxing and rest and have less party vibe.

The service is absolutely amazing. Tamer the beach waiter was the most attentive and polite member of staff we have met. We are very grateful to have had him work with us. Maxx Assistants Lidia and Altynai were top tier! Whatever we needed was provided promptly and we have had the greatest vacation.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail, providing exceptional service. Our kids had a blast at the kids club! The food was great in all the restaurants and the service was impressively fast. The Pilates class with merve, which was amazing. Additionally, the osteopath, Mamuka, was incredible—he worked wonders and truly healed me. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and family-friendly atmosphere!

Our stay at Maxx Royal Kemer was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we seen great hospitality and outstanding service. Our assistant Karoline that greeted us on our arrival was very friendly, she helped us with the check in process and accommodation. This was my 3rd trip at this beautiful resort and everything is to the highest standards since my first trip here , the accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable. When it comes to dining at Maxx Royal Kemer they offer a wide variety of restaurants, each serving delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality of the food was consistently excellent. The housekeeping was high standard . Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience of luxury and comfort. We had this trip for our parents Anniversary and we decided to celebrate it here as a surprise trip for them. My parents loved it and they were amazed by the surprise we received in our last day of staying here , in which i wanted to thank the front office manager Mr. Beytullah Parlak for making this happen. Also I wanted to thank some team members for their hospitality during our stay our assistant Karolina Belokon , Isa and Hamid at Twenty4 , Eyp at Seavore and Yancy at Kalamata. Many thanks to the entire staff for their hard work and hospitality , they are amazing and they offered top notch service here. I highly recommend Maxx Royal Kemer for anyone looking for a top-tier resort experience. I can’t wait to return with my entire family.

Overall, a delightful experience. - Great atmosphere, relaxing and peaceful - Maxx assistant manager Furkan is exceptional, simply amazing - top of the top on service, consideration, going out of the way for elite luxury service. Really impressed. Simply outstanding and so good. - Maxx assistants Emrehan and Ononu were perfect; incredibly helpful, capable, delivered tremendous bespoke service. Really impressive and solid. Wow! Furkan, Emrehan and Ononu made it quite a great stay. - Massage therapist Kanil is incredible; one of the most skilled massage therapists ever encountered in my life; so good! Thank you! - One big problem is there is a rude and arrogant manager at the Gastro restaurant named Gaurav; he is horrendous, has a major attitude problem, and was very unhelpful. Restaurant was politely asked to accelerate the speed of service and food, to which he demonstrated rudeness and zero ability to attempt. He was inexperienced, had considerable ego, and just overall quite disappointed. Very surprised he can be "manager" at supposedly the top restaurant at the hotel. We politely just left the restaurant. It was terrible experience. Restaurant manager Gaurav is terrible. - Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing, great stay.
