Самый лучший вид с 5 этажа на парк и море. По вечерам устраивают небольшие кулинарные шоу во время ужина. Возле бассейна самые вкусные кальяны, какие я пробовал.

Otel yemekleri gayet yeterli. Odalardan aile odasında kaldık, 2 kişilik tek oda ve 3 kişilik oda olmak üzere 2 odadan oluşan bir konsept mevcut, ancak ilk giriş odasının ebeveyn odası olması çok anlamsız olmuş. Diğer odalar farklı konsepttemi bilemiyorum tabi. Odalar genel olarak temiz. İçecek anlamında sıkıntı yok, alkollü alkolsüz hertürlü içecek mevcut. Sular kapalı kutularda ve istenildiği kadar kullanıma uygun. Çocuklar için dondurma mevcut belirli saatlerde . Denizi kum yok taş var, ancak kumun temizlenme sorunu olduğu düşünülürse, taşlık alana uygun terlik yada ayakkabı ile rahatlıkla denize girilebilir. Deniz gayet güzel ve temiz. Ancak denizde yüzme bilmeyenler için çok açılma şansı yok bilinmesinde fayda var. Tesettürlü aileler içinde gayet rahat ve Nezih ortam mevcut. Sonuç olarak gayet fiyatına göre uygun ve iyi bir otel. Otelde animasyon ekibinden Seyit ve Melis harikalar, ancak diğer erkek çalışanlar biraz daha profesyonel olabilirler, çünkü işleri tatile gelen tatilcilerieğlendirmek olan arkadaşlar, aktivitelerde konuklara sahne ve sahaları devir etmeli, katılımcı olmadığında hemen eksikliği doldurmalılar. We have just returned from a week holiday from Rox Royal hotel Kemer as a family of 5. In my opinion, this is not a 5 star hotel more of a 3 star we have travelled to turkey before and the hotel was not at the standard of one’s we have stayed previously to which were 5 star hotels too. There are many pros and cons. Pros; Entertainment team are great very involved in all activities and will do anything to help. Particularly Sayad (sorry if I have misspelt name) he was amazing going above and beyond to make you feel welcome, we forgot the connection for the iPhone charger and he managed to go the shops for us and get us a new one. All holiday he was approachable and friendly he is a asset to your hotel and entertainment team! The evening entertainment should be more external professionals to give the entertainment team a break and to make it more child friendly? Such as circus acts, dancers, magician etc. Food was lovely, especially the Turkish night On a Thursday, they have a delicious bbq and a variety of different puddings. The children’s menu is limited really and mainly has chips in the main restaurant. However ln The beach fener restaurant it has pizza, burgers and nuggets for the children which they preferred. My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday there and a member of staff came up to the room with a cake as we was preparing for evening dinner and we sang happy birthday which was a lovely gesture and made it that extra bit special. Pool water clean and fresh. In a nice area beautiful views to see first thing of a morning you can also go for a walk and there are shops and restaurants nearby to explore. Such as a sports bar, McDonald’s, Starbucks etc. Excursions are good and reasonably priced we went to the pirate ship and waterworld through ginza travel we went through a man called Josef he was great and gave us some useful information about places to visit. Inflatables good to keep the children entertained. Beach is clean but I would recommend water shoes as the pebbles can hurt your feet. Cons; Ice cream is only available from 2-4pm I think it shouldn’t Be limited and added into the restaurant for evening treat. Even offer maybe some waffles throughout the day? My children were hungry throughout the days and I had to buy crisp etc to keep them fed as I felt there was nothing in between for children. For the whloe 7 nights All the slides weren’t on and on one of the days there was only 2 slides on!!! The children were extremely disappointed. Cleanliness isn’t the best, the pool area can become messy and towels left in places so instead of the lifeguard sitting on his phone maybe he could go around and help! Broken tiles around the hotels which can be dangerous especially children in and out of the pool. Rooms are basic but good air con. Cleaned everyday. General interior of the hotel needs modernising and freshening up. Majority of staff are nice but you can get the odd few who are rude and don’t speak Engl

The worst hotel.....the worst staff...don't waste your money. my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The deplorable conditions, unhelpful staff, and overall lack of care and cleanliness made for an incredibly unpleasant experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a trip to Kemer to steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other options in the area that are far more deserving of your time and money.

I booked the Family room, and when we arrived we got a room for people with disabilities, only tomorrow when the agent from the agency came, we managed to get the room that we had previously paid for. The first night we came, the dinner time was over, but the hotel does not take care of its guests, although we had just arrived I asked them to give us some snacks since we traveled all day and i had a child hungry from two years, we only got three small cookies. I had an unpleasant experience with the staff, where one employee when asked where I was going to put dirty towels, told me to put it on his head, why do you ask me like that, after that se didn't even apologize. The hotel is full of Russians, you do not have the feeling that you are in Turkey because you speak the most Russian language, there is a party for Russian guests at the pool and on the beach, Russian songs are constantly played, when you enter for dinner and the staff introduces you to the plan and program of the evening they all say it all in Russian. And to make it an even greater insult they greet you as a Russian, horribly. In the restaurant there is a very small terrace, which can not accommodate enough guests, so when the door from the terrace was opened, people would run to sit at a table as soon as possible, because there is not enough for everyone, and only a queue for food, it is a special horror, there are so many crowds, that you can not wait to take something and try it. They have a very poor selection of bread and pastries. If you want to have your sun lounger on the beach you have to get up really early and go busy, because the hotel staff does not take care that all guests have their own deck chairs. After breakfast when I just went to the beach, all the deck chairs were busy, and when I approached the staff, they told me to come early and get the deck chairs for my family, and they also have deck chairs at the pool so I can go upstairs to swim. It was disgusting behavior on the part of the hotel staff. The air conditioning in the rooms does not work, the fridge for drinks did not work, although we complained at the reception, it was not repaired, and the hotel is not so clean and tidy at all. The pool is terribly dirty, disgusting. At the bottom of the pool you see a glass. When you enter the hotel you can't breathe because it's so hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning doesn't work, there's no ventilation at all. Definitely the worst hotel ever. Horror horror
