Ozkaymak Marina Hotel - All Inclusive

I didn't like it very much. The service is very bad. Everything is very expensive. The concept is not suitable. They want money for everything. This hotel doesn't have a beach. You use a beach in the park right in front of it. The animation is also very bad. Please stay away from the disco tours.

The hotel is right in the middle of Kemer and by the harbour. It could be better. But for some reason it seems like they don't want to do good business. Everything is about money. A mentality that constantly demands payment. Shops in the hotel are running after you. Animation is running after you. The beach is paid. We are tired of the holiday. We didn't even stay the last night. We came back.

Honestly, I didn't like it at all. You see spoiled animators everywhere in the hotel. They are usually interested in women. They invite you to disco tours. THIS is not good. We have not heard any good things about disco tours. You should be careful. Don't trust them.

The rooms are not very standard. The hotel is like a factory. It is not clear who is who. A hotel without a system. The restaurant services are already bad. The animation is bad. We thought it had a beach. But the beach is paid. We were surprised that they asked for a fee. They said they were tenants. They bothered us. We also complained to our agency. They should not work with this hotel. It is not suitable at all. It is a hotel far from 5 star standards. It cannot get 2 more stars. They also bought the hotel next door and included it. They market the 2 star hotel next door as this hotel. The staff is not good.

We wanted to try this area for the first time. We chose this hotel because of its price. But we realized that we made a big mistake. The concept is very bad. Everything is money. It is supposedly an all-inclusive hotel. Never. Everyone is trying to sell something. The service is not good at all. It is such a bad hotel. It is hard to explain. The beach is a separate business. It does not belong to the hotel. They want money for sunbeds. The waiters are rude. The people you call the animation are rude and try to take you to a disco tour by force. We regretted coming to this hotel. We will never recommend it again.

I want to say tnk for hotel and animation. We was here 5 time.but thise time every change. Foot and drink. Rooms super .everything new.we had sok.Julia and Arina every time help for everyone. It was nice to go and watch every night sow.alsow personal very frandly. We are will come back. Thank you..
